    Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

    This is a good mobility arm routine 😊 however the title being called wrist strengthening is unfortunately just clickbait as only one movement in the routine would actually help the wrists. I'm not knocking the vid or the channel just asking you to be more aware of your titles please. I'm a certified MA- namaste 🙏
