  • Give your wrists a break while strengthening your core with this 20 min hands-free full body Pilates class. No planks and downward facing dogs this time, to change things up a bit. Relieve stress, tone your abs, back and glutes without putting any strain on your wrists. This workout is designed to boost your core strength, stretch your body and calm your mind. It's perfect if your wrists are stiff or sensitive, but don't forget to address the problem, stretch and mobilize your wrists regularly. I hope you enjoy it!

I love how calming yet strengthening this workout was. Most Pilates r very fast paced and high intensity so it's nice to see that doesn't have to be the case

I am so thankful that you made the series of "wrist free pilates", I'm on what has been a long, often frustrating recovery from an RSI in my left wrist. These videos are helping me stay strong everywhere else :)

Hi Eszter, I just stumbled upon your channel, and I'm glad I did! Your style of pilates reminds me of classes I used to attend a few years back, with a lot of emphasis on breathing, form and control! I appreciate how I can hear your breath while you guide, since I find that proper breathing makes a lot of difference in a workout. It's very rare to find these kinds of classes. Keep it up and thank you for this video. :)

Hi Kamae, You're very welcome and thank you for your positive feedback. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the exercises. Well done for practicing Pilates and even paying attention to the details, as well. I'm sure being mindful about them will help you improve further and quicker even though they might be a bit challanging to start with. 🙂 So great job!

Three long ads in the first 7 minutes. I liked what I saw of the routine, but couldn't complete because I had to keep getting up to skip ads/wait out the ads.
