- Hey babes! Its yet again, another round of apartment hunting. This time I went a different route. I used a realtor so the apartments you see here may not be available anymore because there aren't multiple units but I included my realtors information down below so feel free to reach out to him as he has many units similar to the ones shown here!

I really like #4. And anything under 2K in this market is typical. I recently sold my home and relocated to another state and l had to accept the fact that my rent was going to be more than my previous mortgage and l'm ok with that for awhile.

I like #4. 5 is spacious, but that tile and heater in the bathroom reminds me of That 70s Show. AND it didn’t have an in-unit washer/dryer. I can’t wait to see which one you chose.

Ill be moving to MD pretty soon and i've been looking at both DC and MD areas and our budget is the same so this helps knowing that there are decent apts out there under 2k (#4)
yesss you can definitely find some, just gotta keep looking! i think the market prices for luxury buildings are much higher this summer so look into using a realtor it was a big help for me

I gave up my car last year so that I can have a nicer place too. Public transit isn't the best where I live but I make it work. If I move to D.C. I would definitely pick #4

Where are the best safe areas to move in DC
There are safe areas all over DC, however, most of them are in Northwest, and upper Northeast, Southwest waterfront is cool, and Navy yard in Southeast, but if I was you, I would do your own research, and also if I plan on moving anywhere, I would also visit a couple of times to get a feel for it, and this is coming from a Washingtonian born and raised in Southeast Washington DC, 🤷🏽
