Accessing boot menu on PC

When you power on the PC it goes through a sequence of boot devices, like HDD, DVD, USB or network. This sequence is determined within the BIOS settings of your PC. Thanks so much for this, i was so confused when my computer turned on like this and it scared the shit out of me. but atleast now i know its not a bad thing (I had a disk drive and a drawing tablet plugged in when i turned it on)

Or you can go in login screen and click both shift at a time and click restart but don't leave shifts then go in troubleshoot and click advanced options then go uefi then you can go in boot menu
