The odometer is probably accessible from the arrows on the wheel. My dad’s Ford Edge has a digital odometer and digital rom gauge and you can “hide” it by pushing an arrow on the wheel. It might be the same for your car but I don’t know, that’s my best guess.

Not a twin turbo though. Single turbo inline 4 was the other option.
