Just installed this on a Saturn Vue with factory racks and a manual ratchet. Took about 90 minutes. The video was definitely helpful. Shout out to Chino in the PNW.
If it's an electric ratchet, it's not manual by definition. Took me over 6 hours to mount this on my Jeep because there was little clearance between the rack and the rooftop. I ended up having to take the entire rack off and then Mount the tent and then put it back on on the jeep. Maybe when you go to sell these you should say that you need room for your hand, it might seem obvious but it would be helpful to many so they can make adjustments to their racks before they put the tent on.
