- Your bidet has just met it's match! Toilet UNpaper® is the perfect sustainable alternative to traditional toilet paper that requires tons of water to produce, and contributes to deforestation and carbon emissions. Our Toilet UNpaper® is great for reducing waste and your footprint.

Yeah in Italy we have bidets and small towels just for drying, so this makes sense and also doesn't (???)

@@jadeabit because what if you have too much poop in your crack yo especially for ladys hard no for me
Well the bidet should be rinsing everything away. The towel would just be for drying and would likely be as “contaminated” as a pair of underwear. People don’t want to share underwear, understandably, but it would be a hard sale even if I could supply my guests with unused towels.

Yeah, you said it! #Laundry
I bought some remnant fabric and made my own for super cheap. I have a handheld bidet that was about $60 and got the remnant flannel at just over $2/m and made my own wet bags. I got a bit lazy and made enough for a couple weeks and they wash and dry so quick cause of their size and material. Way better than drying your booty with tp after washing!
😂😂 you’d be surprised how some laundry can be made into a routine while other lesser important laundry can take the back seat. I cloth diaper and I wash ever 2-3 days. By the end of the 3rd day and I grab the last clean diaper that laundry pile in the dirty diaper bucket is all of a sudden not such a bad thing to just throw in the washer 🤣🤣 clothe hamper though…they are lucky if they are emptied one every couple of weeks 🤣🤣🤣
Umm... I love Reduce, Re-use, Recycle, but toilet paper is where I draw the line. Toilet paper requires insane amounts of water to produce. Simply washing a few sheets of Toilet UNpaper® will never compare to the amount of water used in paper production. Plus, you don't have to use these for number 2! They pair perfectly with a bidet, or are great for blowing noses. We use toilet paper for so much more than we realize.

I normally use bamboo toilet paper because of its sustainability but I like the paper towel idea :)
I think this could be a good idea if you have a bidet to basically just dry off after but otherwise I don't think I could do it.
But, I also think that people need to realize that reusing products with bodily waste on them was what everyone did not that long ago. Diapers used to be cloth as did pads (some people are going back to cloth alternatives for these and they work fine). Idk the history of tp or what was used before paper but it wouldn't surprise me if it was cloth. Also, people didn't have washing machines back then either so they were cleaning them by hand.
I think modern conveniences have made people a little too far removed from some of these things. Also, if you have kids or pets, you have to deal with poop on some level anyways.
Basically, if you don't want to use this, fine, but don't put down other people who are just trying to make the world a better place.
Before toilet paper, one of the ways of wiping their butt was a poop stick. Its kinda like a stick with moss/leaves on it

Yeah, it's a bundle of rags. They act like it's a new invention. Lol. Get a bundle of rags at target for 4 bucks.
GOSH It seems that the current generation forgets that a lot of their grandma’s diapers as babies were hand washed by their mothers. And in many countries that don’t have access to toilet paper or 1rst world amenities like disposable diapers, they still wash reusable diapers and do their best to live their best life. If you are willing to put in the effort for 0 waste, you will be able to manage washing yours and your family’s waste just fine. ❤️
Finally, someone said it! And I personally think it's just more hygienic to use water and a cloth rather than just dry toilet paper
Well, if you have it available why not just used toilet paper. Also its not saving anything , using more water and electricity. TP is biodegradable. I dont think it's more healthier because it's hard to take poo out of cloth. Cloth is easier to caries germs. TP is litterly completely clean right out of the bag.
We used to have outhouses too, should we just start using those again, and just forget about the development of indoor plumbing. Our technology is supposed take us forward not backwards.

I don't fold laundry so I wouldn't want to have to reroll TP but do want to be ecofriendly. So here's the hack I use for small cloth items eg. socks, washrags put them in a tube dispenser bag like you would use for plastic bags. They'll come out wrinkled whenever you reach for one but it beats forgetting to reroll them when most of us have little enough time on our hands as it is. My mother to this day reminds me of how she didn't have luxuries like diapers when I was born in 1992 in Crimea because the chaos of the USSR collapse totally made access to any product of any kind a huge "maybe" if you were lucky.
We didn't have anything like a laundry machine or dishwasher or, as I said, disposable diapers.
I was born in November with the first frost of the year.
That woman dealt with using cloth diapers for me..and having to wash those things herself too.
By hand. In the winter time. With an infant. And blowouts like any baby will definitely have.
The said her hands would be red raw from the washing and scrubbing in the cold of winter. She said she would have been in heaven if she had something as awesome as disposable diapers and baby wipes like she had available to her when she had my little sister a decade later.
But yeah, I gotta say, as much as I absolutely LOVE the whole concept and reasoning behind this, it's a no for me dawg. I'm sorry I just can't imagine this being something that I didn't accidentally flush down the toilet like an idiot. And I would just get a bidet if it came down to it.

Yeah you use those for a baby or a couple of babies. Not your whole family, especially dads hangover shlt after he's been for a curry on the way home.
But babies NEED diapers, not adults and older children
I mean, I'd probably keep this for emergencies, but I just can't handle the idea of "toilet paper" that you can re use.
My first thought was "ew" until I realized that a) I used cloth diapers and wipes on my daughter so it's not that different to those I feel and b) I have one of those bidet bottles so this would be a great addition
And for those being disgusted by washing those in the washing machine with your other laundry - I always threw the diapers in alone for a rinse cycle and then added the rest of the 60°C laundry like towels and kitchen towels. Easy I think

Good point! In some cases, using a bidet can actually be cleaner. Plus, we use toilet paper for tons of things! Like blowing noses or cleaning up little spills. It never hurts to have a sustainable alternative.
If I didn’t have a roommate I would totally do this. It seems gross out other people, but I’ve done a homemade version of this and it is LIFE CHANGING. You save SO MUCH money and don’t need to use a lot of water to wash. I always used flushable wipes (because now I had a huge amount of money left on my toilet paper budget) for the heavy stuff and put the used cloths in a sealed trash can before washing them every 1-2 days, usually by hand the same way I wash delicate undergarments. The couple of times they accumulated, I threw them in the wash (if your washer can’t wash out waste, you need to replace it).
It’s better for your wallet and environment. These comments are wild to me!

Ok so pairing with a bidet is awesome! Without one, y’all may wanna consider a fusion of paper and in paper usage for #2 and #1 respectively. And maybe just throw it in your washer at the end of the day with a load of bath towels… just a thought. I can’t put a bidet in the apartment I live in and I don’t think using those in my hind end or around certain times of the month would be ideal but I think I could maybe live with a fusion if I couldn’t get any paper for whatever reason
