Navigating my 20s is such a great way to put it. One thing I love about CZcams is whenever I’m getting too far gone in my head about where I am, it’s sometimes helpful be able to take an actual look back on your life to get a bit of insight on where I currently am.

I’m from a whole different generation. We where taught to work on our INSIDE because it will show on the OUTSIDE. Clothes can only mask who or what you are, IMO. 🤷🏾♀️
That’s 100% true. However, I do believe that if you look good you feel good. We tend to let ourselves go when we go through things & that shows on the outside. The least you can do is fix yourself up. Even if you’re a mess inside you don’t have to show it
