What camera did u use? I think you are using probably an iphone 15 pro or 15 pro max.
(I had the same issues with the fucking cameras in the last 1 month, watch a lot of camera settings videos about it in yt, for me I turned off the camera lenses movement fix and the macro is also off. Try new settings see what's going to work out for you.)
