My mom found this track years ago on another youtube channel. It was taken down a few weeks ago and she was freaking devistated. She personally called me up yesterday when she found this video being as happy as she could be. Thanks for this masterpiece.
Anyone else who'd like to write down how OUTSTANDINGLY BEAUTIFUL they find this piece of art, but just don't find the right words to do so. This is just out of this world, the amount of emotion I feel in this piece of music is just not normal.
Im 50 years old stuntman and doubled at times for the Darkknight in both The Darkknight with the Only best Joker played by None other then Heath Ledger. And in The Darkknight Rise. And everytime i listen to this and listen to the story that Mr. Zimmer speaks of both movies and remember the Crazy Bastard who Decided to go into the movie in Aurora, Colorado. I cry for those people who lost their friend's& Family's on that day. I too went to Aurora along with many from the movie The Darkknight Rise and i felt their pain The Nightmare those people went through then and even today. God Bless all of them. And mayThe Monster who Decided to Play God. I so hope he lives in HELL FOR ALL ETERNITY.
This is a song to remember those that lost their lives in a terrible shooting years ago. To me I think this song speaks to my soul in a way no other song does, thank you for making this song Hans!

I am holily convinced that Jesus has returned to earth in the form of Hans Zimmer... This man's music transcends the natural limits of human emotion in every damn way. When I listen to this and close my eyes, I can literally feel myself drifting to another plane of reality.
I would say traditional composers like Barry and Newton Howard (who wrote this motif btw) could write better songs. Taking nothing away from Hans though.
