I think it's because they are hired based on their chemistry and then they're on location - around each other all the time and then you add in the kissing and sex scenes. It's the perfect storm.
Because they want somebody that is on the same level as them with similar life experiences that is comfortable with the media attention the other gets
I think many people who work together have the potential to fall in love; the only difference is that it's ROMANTIC in the HOLLYWOOD world whereas in the real world office it's considered HARASSMENT. Oh well.
