A Mince Pie is made of sweet pastry filled with chopped apple, dried fruit (raisons, currents etc), nutmeg, brown sugar and a dash of brandy, dusted with icing sugar once cooked, its delicious. A Pavlova is traditionally a Meringue layered with whipped cream, strawberry sauce chopped strawberries, another layer of meringue, whipped cream and topped with whole strawberries (though you can use other fruits), its soo nice, you are really missing out.

In my 20 years of life living in NZ and being a kiwi. I've never heard of strawberry sauce put on pav but definitely whipped cream and berries also kiwi fruit and cherry

I completely understand the confusion about the mince pies as in the UK we call ground beef (or any ground meat) mince. The filling in mince pies is a spiced, dried fruit mixture.

Pavlova is food of the gods..an Australian desert of egg white meringue base with whipped cream covered with fresh fruit like peaches strawberries and summer berries…very very yummy!
The starfish is named peach not pearl. My favorite treats to eat would be Daisy Duck. And my favorite plush would be Mickey Mouse. Because Stacy looks like mostly the treat that I would eat or a drink. And Mickey looks super cute and very neat looking❤️🎄
these are all so incredibly precious !! i wish they were scented but the quality and detail of the plush makes up for that :) favourite plush and one I’d eat most is mocha cookie cheesecake mickey 😍
My favourites are Minnie Mouse and the Star Cookie. Pavlova is a must try dessert when you go to Australia.

I love mince pies. Traditionally they would have mince meat in them, hence 'mince pie' but they don't do that now. They're a sweet fruit filling, they just taste of christmas. You should definitely try!

Pavlova takes it's name from the Ballerina, Anna Pavlova. The white meringue is shaped to resemble a tutu.
