  • They say gold is where you find it so in this video I find gold in a very unlikely spot. I also visit a very old bath house and enjoy a lovely day hunting golden nuggets in the Amherst area of the Victorian golden triangle. #gold #metaldetector #golddetector #treasure #nuggets

    Your skills reflect you are a smart detectorist who knows how to read the land. This usually takes time and those who do understand it, are rewarded justly. Well done, and I keep learning every time I watch your videos. Thank you.

    Nice pieces of Gold you found. People always go to the most flogged areas of the bush to look for gold, it sometimes works out if you look left field and look along fence lines or roads you just never know.

    Thankyou for sharing, what a great journey you have taken us on. I am also running the 7000 & 17NF combo, HY/Norm and User preference between Norm & Difficult to determine ground noise. But I have found a 30 -40% drop in depth when changing from Norm to Difficult so have to make sure I do a couple of scrapes first before changing over. I still love the warble.

      Yes I find exactly the same when switching from Normal to Difficult. So I try to run in Normal whenever possible. Have you tried General and Normal as this gives me a bit more depth but can be noisy. Thanks for watching and for your comment. Have a great new year.

      I was wondering what your default settings are for Ground Balance and Ground Smoothing? I’ve been running Semi Auto and Locate Patch. Not sure if I am heading in the right direction with these.

    • @metaldetectingfun
      @metaldetectingfun  Před 5 měsíci +1

      I use ground balance in semi auto and smoothing off. To balance just raise and lower the coil about 6" very slowly a few times until it quietens down as needed. Thanks for watching and for your comment.

    Quero comprar um aparelho, estou indeciso entre três: gpx5000, gpx6000 ou gpz7000, o que vc recomendaria pra terrenos muitos difíceis e com variedades de pepitas de 0,10, a 5,00 gramas.

    • @metaldetectingfun
      @metaldetectingfun  Před 5 měsíci

      Para las pepitas más pequeñas, recomendaría el GPX 6000. Gracias por sus comentarios y por mirar.

      @metaldetectingfun  Před 5 měsíci

      Para pepitas menores, recomendo o GPX 6000 com uma bobina localizadora de pepitas. Obrigado por assistir e pelo seu comentário.
