Wii U No Power. Did this get hit by lightning?

Fixing a Wii U that failed to power on. This is from the 14 lot purchase on Ebay. Very difficult resolution. Replaced 5 or 6 different components. Hopefully this helps someone else, or give more knowledge on how to test a Wii U.
