The rhaena that you mentioned being close to Alyssa Farman predates the dance of the dragons by at least 60 years since she died in 73 AC. Alyssa stole the eggs in 54 AC, almost a century before the dance
The script mixes Queen Rhaena with Baela's twin Rhaena. Queen Rhaena and Elissa were lovers and she stole the eggs in 54AC and sailed to Pentos. it is unclear if the show is rewriting lore and substituting the 4 eggs given to Rhaena (twin) with the 4 eggs that were stolen .. if so ,, it would be a further stretch to pull Elissa's timeline several decades into the future.
