Crowded with People shoving u left and right trying to get to their destination every npc felt so real. crazy how these games can make u feel that way.

Gen 1 and 2 had the most jumpy marching tunes, Gen 3 had the most melodic happy brass music, Gen 4 had a sweet jazzy vibe, Gen 5 had the most chill and mellow soundtrack, Gen 6 had the most enchanted and fantasy-ish music.
I would say Gen 2 had the most glittery relaxed symphonies. Nothing in Gen 1, or the next gens for that matter, catch the beauty of the Goldenrod or Erutreak themes as well
Best way to put it
It ticks me off when people say gen 4 is famous for its jazz simply cause of the night versions of the songs when gen 5 is AT THE LEAST just as jazzy. Gen 5 has such a wide fucking variety of jazz genres too; lounge, bossa nova, bluesy bass riff after bluesy bass riff (and hard slapping!), lentimas has a nice samba groove to it. I mean you'd think having Nimbasa, followed by Driftveil, followed by the bass in Mistralton would be enough to convince people!

She friggin swept my guys, even though I was at same leveled, or at least 1-3 levels above her. Think 1 of my guys was a lil underleveled, but was the odd one out that could at least do something to put some damage to that thing. Let’s just say, thankful I didn’t have to pay any high prices for window repairs.

OMG feels. I'm not rich and in the city where I lived when I was a child these games and stuff were not "famous", so I didn't have access to it (I didn't even know about GB, GBC, GBA, DS...), but since my childhood I watched the anime, I remember running from school to get home as soon as I could just to watch it, and I know the anime has not much to do with the games but, since I didnt even know they existed, the anime was my only source for Pokémon. But then after I become a teenager and getting a computer, after sometime I discovered the GBA and stuff and the Pokémon games, and up to now (I'm 20) I still play Pokémon (thanks to emulators that could provide me reviving the childhood I never had) and listening to these songs, specially the ones from R/G/Y and G/S/C, as the first I played was FireRed, makes me feel such a nostalgia and happiness. Man, that's really something.

Wish people didn't hate on x and y yeah it had problems but it was rushed and there was no pokemon z to end the series so we got cliffhangers and the story was a bit short and the whole thing felt a little empty like there was gonna be a little more but what makes up this game was the soundtrack
3:27 reminds me of when my family would go places and I would bring along my gameboy advance trying to get the right lighting as the sun would blast onto the screen, trying to finish an objective while my battery is red and then the gameboy just goes blank 😂😂 then I would switch the batteries out of my sister's gameboy and put them in mine while she wasn't looking

Even though I'm younger, I remember playing my first pokemon game as a kid in 2015. It was Omega Ruby. Playing the game got me hooked to the franchise and this song will always have a special place in my heart. Getting to sit and play through some of the most fun adventures I've had in my life was an amazing experience. It's such a refreshing memory to look back on.

Really I don’t think there is a necessary time requirement for something to be nostalgic. I get the feels when I play Sun and Moon. I remember just going to my friends’ house to play sun and moon. He moved away in 2018. It’s more about the experience, and how you look at it in the future versus how long ago it was. Time is a big factor though.

1:31:40 It was summer of 2012, I was still pretty young but was wandering in the "Poorer" part of my neighbourhood and ended up in the house of an old friend while there. Her older sister was like 18 to 20 years old, she found out I liked Pokemon and despite being like half her age, she decided to indulge me in a very long conversation about it while I waited on my friend. I told her that I had just gotten my copy of Pokemon Platinum for my birthday not long ago, and was stuck in one part or another, to which she excitedly showed me her copy of Pokemon Platinum, and while I was relatively deep into the game, I'll never forget the amazement watching her wander around with this theme playing in the background.
Sometime after it my friend came back and asked a favour of her or something and the conversation had gone something like "No." "Why?" "Because I'm lazy."
I don't know why I remember that particular part of their conversation, but honestly? Everytime I boot up my Platinum save I'll always think back on that girl and wonder how she's doing.
