The Mariah May turn was the first time I actually regretted skipping Dynamite because that would’ve been a great shock to see live. I could’ve sworn it would’ve been a Mizdow situation where she would’ve been the babyface getting mistreated by Toni til she finally stands up for herself, but it was more of a Mickie James/Trish Stratus feud (in more ways than one with the Mina stuff 👀).

then you'd lose a lot of money. they are not obligated to give him tv time or storylines (unless the contracts states otherwise) so getting paid to sit at home, well technically he could book indie shows but he does not, is still the best outcome. Vince would give him a bogus storyline and ruin him before his contract runs out.

There have been several AEW wrestlers appearing on wwe since dragon Lee left, Keith Lee, Murphy, Andrade. Pretty sure Mercedes has been in attendance for support since she signed as well. There’s certainly more I just can’t remember or we just don’t know about.
Could it factor in to why Ricky is off tv? Maybe, but we have 0 idea and this story doesn’t hold up under scrutiny. It’s not like AEW wrestlers who are off for some time are always honest as to why they are off, look at Brit Baker for instance.
Konnan is just whining like normal that AEW doesn’t prioritize working with a promotion who hasn’t booked well in 5 years and has higher ups (not just Konnan) that are disrespectful and unappreciative to their “partners” (not just aew). Why work with a promotion that doesn’t respect the talent you give them enough to even know their names.
