    Thank you, I thought since a long time that my upper trap were the problem, for intense neck pain but you just did the video that ultimately changed my targeted muscles group. That really help to target the good area to solve a life quality threatening problem :-) Big thanks

    Wow! impressive information..... I woke up with a very sore shoulder muscle that became more painful as the day progressed, until I couldn't turn my neck anymore....but after doing thsese symple exercises, I found significant relief. Thank you!!!!
