sorry if this is unrelated but i have been following your videos for a little over 2 month now and I wanna know why when I do side bends I feel like im almost snapping my back
like is it because i do it to far with a bad technique or not enough
I am doing 30 min yoga and 30 min walking 5 times a week ...Should i add 20 min strength training once a week or is it enough ?
