I experienced this first hand. About 7 years ago, I was a Chef at a restaurant here in Canada. Held the position for roughly two years. Helped revitalize the business to the point where it was turning a healthy profit oppose to a stint of deficits in prior years.
One day the manager came in and pulled me aside for a meeting. She told me how they were hiring a new chef, a woman, who was a part of an organization called The Office to Advance Women in Trades. Something at the time I thought, was to help apprentices find work. They hired her, a woman who was in the industry for over 15 years, far from an apprentice. Because she was eligible for repeated government wage subsidies. The manager looked me dead in the face and stated, why would they keep me on and pay 100% of my wages when they only have to pay 10% of her wages. And I lost my job.
The kicker, was that they wanted me to train her in the dishes of the menu that I created for the place as well as any new staff for a period of time. As well as introduce her to all of my local supplier contacts I made over the years I spent there. I obviously questioned their mental state, rolled up my knives and left that day with a, "all the best with your future endeavors."
    It was shameful.

All my maths teachers were women. Each year i was pushed back with my efforts and but still persisted and got the grades. In year eleven and twelve i was completely segregated from my class because i had the maturity to go to the back row three rows away from anyone else because others were talking. I thought i was going there for a day. The female teacher kept me there for the next two years as an example, even though i had never done anything wrong. Alienated from my peers my marks took a dive. In the final week i revised the textbooks, i knew i could only rely on myself. My final text results picked back up. The teacher rang me after the year was over and said your marks picked up. I said i know i hit the books and taught myself. She goes i was ringing to find out who your tutor was. @@jillianwallace8944 Why do we even talk about years and years of sexism against women but not about years and years of sexism against men?
For example is it sexist to expect women to doing the house chores and stuck in the kitchen? Idk maybe... but is it more or less sexist than to expect men to work 14 hours a day 7 days a week in a coal mine under constantly dangerous and life threatening conditions?
Be honest what sounds more appealing to you?
People nowadays really seem to forget what kind of jobs were actually available 100, 150 and 200 years ago and that air-conditioned open plan offices are only a modern phenomenon.

This was not applied to the whole class just me and a few other boys she openly hated, she even had the balls to tell my parents that she didn’t like boys and hated the ones that refused to bend to her demands so she “had to” punish me by failing me..

There are three full pages where I'm at right now, for everything from women going into STEM or women just being women.
Did you notice how many scholarships were available to young men due to them being men? I did. Zero, zilch, nada. More women than men are entering college now, and more women than men are getting degrees now, and God help us if we get married, that's another can of worms.

      @alaalfa8839 Před rokem

Nature designed men and women to think and feel differently...
As John Gray says estrogen makes women to be less logical and more emotional, especially during stress.
Testosterone makes men less emotional but more calm and focused on problem-solving. Therefore men are high performers.
The hormones make us very different, biologically.
Then the emotion of empathy makes the "intimacy" "love" "kissing" and "holding hands" "vulnerability" experience much sweeter
because she is putting herself in his shoes and he is putting himself in her shoes, while they fall in love.
I guess therefore men and women do yoga and sports to be calmer and allow themselves to be vulnerable and accept the possibility to fall in love with a kind person.
But some comedy actress in Europe was studying books by Lazarev and others and she said people don't realize that
they may open their heart chakra even if they don't fall in love with another human, they may fall in love with jobs hobbies traveling, etc
They practice empathy and gratitude metacognition and purposefully fall in love with life and with hobbies, having good friends, etc.
But usually, their heart chakra opens because they didn't expect to fall in love with another human. They didn't do it on purpose.
Love is not based on logic or rational thinking, it's more about vibration and energy, and excitement.
If it was about rational thinking nobody would start doing it.
Oxytocin is the hormone of love, but it has nothing to do with rational thinking. Therefore it's a healthy addiction.
Dopamine or too much dopamine is an unhealthy addiction.
They asked her about feminism. She said No I don't want to be better at everything that men do, I want to learn about my purpose my feminine energy, etc.
She also wrote 2 comedic books with her father about some anecdotes. She helps both men and women not take themselves too seriously and learn to be happy.
of course, creating it by themselves. She just inspires them on how to start.
I guess men and women are equal only in terms of empathy. that both are capable of empathy and gratitude which is not possible to measure by some graff.
If a mom shows empathy to a daughter, it can not be compared to how much empathy the father shows to his son.
If both are capable of empathy and gratitude, it's incomparable emotion. Which is great.
And you may notice that humble women share quotes and articles bout male historical figures, who shared a lot of musical, mathematical, physical, philosophical, and other interesting topics s their legacy will be spread to new generations who didn't see it as a trendy thing. But the algorithm thinks people want to see only negative stuff, therefore algorithm sends people only the negative topics, not the good ones.
As Profesor Sam Vanin said "Intimacy and love is the greatest addiction, healthy addiction
therefore it reduces a need for other addictions such as Facebook. He explained that if you fall in love with your wife it is a greatest threat to Facebook advertisements
because they want your eyeballs looking at their advertisement. They have attention engineers to make the husband or wife stay longer on the platform instead of experiencing an intimate relationship. He said if you go to a platform without enjoying the experience it means you are conditioned. He says conditioning is worse than addiction therefore teens shouldn't use social media. Because if you are conditioned to think a certain way, you can not be happy, you need toleran tools how to be happy.

If you go into a high school classroom you’ll see girls as a general rule putting in more effort. This is a generality, obviously.
I believe boys tend to be more competitive and respect a teacher who wins. But teachers have
Their hands tied. They can’t even give a 0 if a kid doesn’t turn in a paper. They call parents for help, but most parents are too scared of their kids not liking them. They can’t win. And the boys don’t respect them.

What it did to him is to make him try even harder while getting pushed back and overlooked time after time. The first year he applied to a doctorate program for physical therapy, he didn't make it to the first step. The school even advertised how much they support women. BTW, over 70% of PTs are women, and they're very protective of keeping their superiority in the field. The next year, he applied and got to the interview. The male professor told him his school, education, life experience, GPA, and test scores were beyond what he sees. He then told him in the interview that he would make sure he was selected. He was, and is now a highly respected therapist by the medical doctors and surgeons.
