There are no açaí bowls in my country and I don’t even know if they’ve got the ingredients at the supermarket so that I could try it. It looks so good!
Açaí in Brazil is eaten like ice cream and nobody cares if it's healthy or not😂(It's usually topped with a syrup, powdered milk and anything more you'd like to add)

Pls I know that where you live it can be called açaí bowl even if its pitaya but if you talk about it again correct yourself! Açaí is the name of the fruit and it can only be an açaí bowl it it's made out of açaí, if not it's a ice-cream/smoothie or idk..
Here in Brazil we have it two ways, in the north, the more natural without sugar that it's eaten with fish etc, and going south we have it like a cream like in the video, and it can have guarana mixed, but we eat it with toppings too! 😊

i absolutely love açaí bowls but since they’re kinda pricy here where i live i treat myself to one like once every 3 months or when i really crave it !!! they’re so good and i can usually finish one in about 5 minutes

I badly want to try one! Omygoodness, that's a generous serving.
Try making it at home first, it's cheaper. Freeze a banana, get a bag of frozen berries or whatever mix you like, I'm sure these serving of fruit can be fresh. The frozen banana should make it frothy. A cup of milk, top it with granola and more fresh fruit if you like. Acai is powder that is only responsible for the color and extra dose of antioxidants. Just made a smoothie bowl for dinner and frozen fruit is the trick.

WoW the acai bowls here in Australia are basically $9 of artificiall 711 type slurpee coloured crap with a tiny sprinkle of home brand muesli ( health food my ASS) , served by pretentious teenagers .

Idk how the açai taste in america but here in brazil they usually have lots of ice cream shops that sell açai, they usually eat alot here but most of the them dont put only fruits they usually put granola (idk how u guys call that in america) some of them Nutella, Milk powder, some fruits like bananas,strawberrys and kiwi but yh I acc dont like açai but probably in America isso a bit difrent

I am from Brazil took me a few seconds to situate myself ehhshsus. These look pretty delicious. But I would be kind mad. Usually here is preferable to eat it wideout all of the fruits on top. They blend it here with guaraná surupy, which complements the whole thing very well. If they add banana to the blend I personally dislike a lot. But mostly people fill the whole thing with surpy and banana and other fruits so that they don't need to use so much açaí. Actually people here originally ate it with fish, as a guarnição. But in my opinion is not so palatable like that... I prefer it with guaraná and that is all. Maybe s mango on top , but the amount of açaí must be the same. Damn thing is expensive.
If you want to add some powder milk on top, not mixtured . On top goes very well too and condensed milk if you like it very sweet
We usually prefer wideout all the fruits on top, because we have too many fruits. I mean we want the açaí not the fruits that we can buy in the market. We will fill it with unhealthy stuff
