You have me all hyped up wanting to do this next year! How many hours a week would you say you dedicate to training? I currently do triathlons so I get the struggle of balancing everything but if I never ask or try, I’ll never know if I can do it :-)
Yay!! So stoked for you!! Right now I’m hitting about 18hrs with everything, not including drive time to my trails!! But, if you’re training triathlons, you’ll love ultra training 🫶🏽😍

Painkillers when running? Pain has a purpose. I used to do that 20 years ago, but there were deaths in football related to it. Perhaps all elite runners do this, but it is not recommended for amateurs. At least that is what I believe.
