John Arthurs, I think that part of Jimmy's problem is that he fails to care about his guests. This interview was a prime example of that. He needs to ask relevant, meaningful questions about their story, and find the funny. I think he can do it, he just needs to remember to make each guest the star.
He does have the #1 night time show and does have the most viral videos. They're not letting him go anytime soon lol. He does have weak monologues though, but yet every talk show host has shit monologues apart from Ellen and maybe Conan so..
John Arthurs Despite how much people complain on CZcams; his show is extremely successful and his clips go viral quite often. He may not be the best interviewer but he's absolutely not going anywhere. If you think they're 'scrambling to find a replacement' you're deep in wishful thinking. You don't have to like the guy but trying to make it seem like he's struggling to make it is pushing it.

Jimmy, I feel like is better with skits and games, because he's very chatty and gets antsy. He doesn't do interviews well unless it's someone he already knows or who has a similar personality. Otherwise, he just talks too much or tries too hard to make a joke. That said, Morgan is hard to talk to. Even people he's worked with say this. If you look at his last interview on Colbert, he was the same way. Very snappy and seemed irritable. He was kinda the same on Kimmel. I like Morgan but he's kinda the cliché of a stereotypical grumpy old man. He doesn't like interviews but feels obligated to promote his stuff. Also this is his what? 3rd time on the show? If he hated Jimmy no one is forcing him to come back. Jimmy has his flaws but I don't get why some people are so downright mean about it. Just don't watch if he bothers you that much.
