I remember commenting on a video like this before where a character like Noa did pretty much the same thing she did only under a different context so I will say a generalized version of the points I made there:
Tricking your friends to trick your enemies is an idea that’s good and thought, but practice carries a lot of risks
1. There’s a chance that keiichi may have just given up due to everyone leaving too fast
2. Keiichi could’ve easily just close the store down earlier or even gone to the hospital thanks to all the stress and cost associated with running everything by himself
3. Her reason in the end doesn’t change the fact that he had to go through a “betrayal” and had to work himself to the bone for half a year. So there’s a chance that he could’ve just easily not forgiven anyone.
4.Noa could’ve easily told keiichi what was going on at any time. She could easily come to the store on her day off or call keiichi to tell him what’s what instead of saying “trust me bro” and disappearing for half a year
The point is, The strategy of “deceiving your allies to deceive your enemies” carries too many risks even if those “allies” are people you think you know well.

I honestly HATE this FMC, no matter what her plans were Keiichi really suffered because of her actions. I think that this story would have been better if he never forgave her and started a new pet salon elsewhere. Her whole "I couldn't tell you so I could do him" wasn't just weak it was utter garbage. Seriously, I'd have dumped this whole crew, sold the place, started again elsewhere, and put all these traumatic memories behind me. Oh, and by the way, while what the ex-partner did was possibly illegal, what Noa did was 100% illegal. It's called industrial espionage and it can get you some serious jail time in some countries. Then near the end of the video she's got the gall to lecture about trust and truth and communication when she's guilty of literally all of that herself! She's that kind of girl who, if she gets together with the MC will likely emasculate him and behind the scenes control his life because SHE knows best. Communication is the most important thing in any relationship and Noa has already shown that she can't be trusted with that, so both this story as a whole and especially the ending were total garbage in my opinion.

one thing i realized from the thumbnail is that the animation is never used her like it did back then like half a year to a year at best. but it felt clickbait once i saw the video as it was rip-off from sekai no fushigi's episode from 2 weeks ago called the doctor's son took over the hospital BUT it had a mix of betrayed episodes from 3 months back,an episode from a year ago on attack on mika called i was kicked out by my step sisters and a manga waido from 5 months ago called my husband cheated on me but then.... and a pinch of romcom manga chan's episode called my ex gf left me suddenly from 11 months back. also,even though this is the first time i see this art style and character design here,it was used on ayasaki-san's episode from last month called i started avoiding her after i saw her kissing a good looking upper classman. when i first watched this,i knew from the start it was gonna be a ripped story with some mixes on the side. and to think noa's plan was risky one (understatement) but i didn't enjoy it one bit as SHE HAPPENED TO COME BACK HALF A YEAR WHEN KEIICHI WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE UP SHOP AND MORE THAN LIKELY FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY. and what would've happened IF HER PLAN DIDN'T WORK?! or if keiichi DID lose everything and she was too late? what then? whenever i see a betrayal video,i'm not a forgiving motherfucker when it comes to that,good intentions or not. "Let's abruptly abandon him without much word, work for but secretly muck up the actual betrayer's business, and then return and say we were trying to protect him or some shit". We don't see these types often for a reason: They're infuriating and the pay off never really pays off. You left him to run, manage, and work a fully staffed business but without staff all in one day. He could've, probably should've, gone bankrupt several times over. Literally doing everything he would've (and did til this asinine plot) needed a full staff for could've, probably should've sent him over the edge due to stress and exhaustion. This seriously could've, and probably should've, irreparably damaged him mentally. For a business manager, didn't quite think your own business through.
Umm... I'm not sure if this was the right way to go about things. I'm pretty sure if lawyers were involved, Noa and subsequently Keiichi would have been taken to court for this.

I have, a few issues with this story. On a personal level if everyone left and then decided to come back, HELL FUCKING NO! Struggling to run the business, losing motivation, business is in the red, border lining bankruptcy, and you expect me to just forgive and forget? Then decide to tell me your whole elaborate plan with a dumb reason for why you couldn't tell me?
I have a problem with people who just casually say, "Just trust me." Like that is supposed to make everything ok and that the current situation isn't as bad as it seems. No absolutely not, because that has cost me a lot. Trust you? How about you trust me? Give me something I can work with cause blind faith isn't.
While it did work out in this case, there seemed to be a big issue with the lack of communication and nothing was being conveyed. Then dramatically, here's how it all works out and now everything is good. Outside from my personal trust issues, fairly ok story.
7/10 on this fairy-tale. Art was good, the VA's played their roles decently, and the animation was good. Till next time.

i see it as signifying that the past you who trusted the other individual has been stabbed and has from that day on forward died.
the me who trusted this person is now gone, left dead in the past where it was back stabbed.
as such why would you immediately trust someone who approached like that?
i know alot of these stories are an eye turner at times but god i wouldn't just do what keichi did of accepting his ex-employees like that.
they stabbed him once already. theres some regret maybe? maybe they changed? but to my eyes they are strangers i don't know them, nor am i the same person that used to trust them, that version of myself is a metaphorical rotting corpse in the past.

I understand that they wanted to make a female protagonist who is passed off as a "villain" and a "traitor", but I think the writing did not accompany it at all. In fact, all that revelation of her true movements was made abruptly, not natural or coherent and because it is not natural at all. between the FMC telling him that he was leaving the MC's store, simply because there was no clue that there was a hidden reason or anything that would imply that he was really on the protagonist's side all this time, for a sub to work. -plot of this type it is necessary to give some basis to his true motivations, because if you do not give him then the reactions of the comments occur that see him as a liar to the FMC as you question his loyalty to the MC or that his actions were worthy of an empty head.
