since you said it was done before in torque app, can you say if it was reported from the ecm directly or is this a math type thing off the cell voltage pid? I don't have a prius, I have the suv, I'd like to add this as a gauge in the torque app for mine if it's just a math channel.

Okay cool So that tells us how to do cumulative voltage. What do the rising green bars mean? Do I need to go to some other website to learn how to do Toyota diagnostic or could you perhaps explain more clearly how your app works and what the data in it means?

@Dr Prius and everyone else: do you know what battery temperature (2nd Generation Prius) triggers computer to switch battery fan to high speed to cool down the battery?
Is it possible that you include other HEV parameters like MG , Engine coolant, inverter coolant temps and mpg?

How well does this work on first gen plug-in prius's? that's a big battery to drain for a life expectancy test

It would be nice if you gave us some normal range for this data set. I have 2.9v difference on the sides of the pack. Is that good/bad? High/low?
higher delta is bad, how much, I really don't Know. I will need to investigate
In Australia, one university added more lithium battery to Camry hybrid (not phev), tweaked the software to keep the car more often and longer in EV. It improved the mileage and battery was charged from external electric source. Are you planning to do such experiment too? In Australia we have only hybrids not many plug in hybrids Toyotas.
Any more info on this? There was a another guy in japan who added second hv battery to prius with good results
I have a 2012 Prius V The Battery Block 1 was Bad I replaced it but no Change .Same reading on Block 1 . Could I have swapped out the wrong blocks ? Which side on a 2012 Prius V do the Blocks count from . The Plug Side is on the Passenger side . So Block 1 should have been the 2 modules nearest to the Plug or Passenger side correct or did I make a mistake is Block 1 on a Prius Modules 27 and 28 on the Driver side and that's why it didn't do anything ? Please explain the Block to HV battery Numbering system on 2012 Prius V Without knowing which Block corresponds to which Module Dr Prius has not explained this at all anywhere I can find . Just on a Gen 2 Online They say the Blocks start on the opposite side away from the plug . ON Gen 3 Blocks start on the Plug Side but I found nothing about a Prius V Gen 3 Please Help so I am Not confused Thanks !

Hello I am using this app for Toyota Corolla fielder wxb hybrid 2013. For life expectancy test I stucked on step 1. App asked me to release the gad padel twice. Battery charge stucks on around 60.00% (two step blanks on the dashboard battery level display). I continud to push the padel for around 3 minutes and nothing happened. Can you please guide me how to test?

This is a good feature, but if you go from landscape to portrait or vice-versa, the "cumulative" delta voltage loses its memory and resets to zero.
