นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

Watching Ryan being fish in his own pond ( expert in his shop) but being Nemo and Dory in the office is so relatable. I would give Ryan a 100+ for being so relatable.
It just proves we underestimate ourselves when we try something new but that doesn't mean we don't know anything it's just our context of life is different but I am sure those experiences from before would definitely help.

I think that Ryan should be a secretary or assistant who's organizing things, taking calls, tells his boss where his stuff is like they've got such a chaos there in the meeting room so Ryan could be really helpful there rather than trying to do things which he doesn't understand and he's the only one brave enough to talk to Jane like even Pie is scared to talk to him so being Jane's secretary could be the right position for him though he'd be his target to get out his frustration but Ryan could get used to it and soften him when he'd do his job right and not slack off 😅😅

dramalover: Ryan seems to be the perfect administrative assistant, not necessarily a wonderful creator, but a great organizer who knows how to manage the managers, if he were given the chance, as he is at the print shop.
Really good writing so far in this series. Pie complains that she feels like she's working in a print shop. Ironically, the printer breaks down and supersmart Pie is clueless as to what to do. The guy she thinks is clueless, Ryan, knows what to check because he has worked in his father's print shop. She knows to make the guy who seems stupid, Ryan, ask the question that Jane is going to think is stupid. She's bored and feels superior to the other interns, but while Ryan and Jo both call the technician at the same time, she's able to stand back and finally interrupt the two guys who are acting before thinking. Everything interlocks within the logic of this illogical environment.
Jane actually seems to be a good manager too. He's just got all these senior people around him who have too much history with each other and are protecting their own bailiwicks. Not an atypical office, actually. If you're a young office worker or executive dealing with the same kind of colleague as Jane is, a piece of advice: unless you are aware of it, and resist the temptation, you will turn into that kind of department manager too. Time is wasted when everyone is trying to protect his/her own turf. And then you have to work overtime.
We haven't seen Gun play someone before, wondering if he's ended up in an Alice in Wonderland world or everyone else is normal and he's the weird one, have we? He's doing a great job of it.
I will hold off until tomorrow to watch Ep. 2/2, but it will take a lot of will power.

These kind of series plot may not have rollercoaster ride but it really connect with most of the common people who is struggling in life with thier own problems. Like how ryan doesn't know what he wants to do in his life, underestimating himself ,even though job he get is not in his interest but still trying to do best in that.

I can relate to Ryan and Jane soo much
It’s exactly the drama I had with my manager 😂
She was in NYC for fashion week few years back and left me In charge of some task
She asked me to place she order for gift boxes and instead of boxes I asked the printer for bags mistakenly 😂
My gosh I was scared to my bones she called me several times to confirm the order and if it had been delivered I remember not picking her calls until she asked someone in the office to ask me to pick up
As I did she asked why I didn’t pick up so I explained to her while crying 😂 she just calmed me down and said it was alright I should just change the order and request a new payment from the account team for the new order
Wow I can never forget the drama 😂 I almost shit my pants 😂
But I’m happy to say that few months down the line I was able to be a treasure to the company and was celebrated severely for my work and how much I had grown in my career I even had a breakfast meeting with the CEO who turned out to be an amazing women I never knew she had even had about me I mean she had hundreds of employees
I was overwhelmed
