What a myopic response. I know two people who have told me they've had to pay fines because they were picked up by road cameras for late vehicle registration renewal. Why you'd simply dismiss this with a laugh is beyond me. Just because you are not serious doesn't mean they can't be.

The speed limit should not exceed 70kmh.
Please provide Speed limit signs along the road, don’t just say it display the speed limit. Julius Berger did this on all bridges in Lagos in the 70’s.

Let not decieved ourselves or creating unnecessary and inevitable conditions for ourselves. If not traffic or traffic flow impediment, a normal avg car can not drive less than 80kmh on 3rd mainland. Yes for safety and others, but it is hard. I will suggest 120kmh for cars and 80kmh for commercial vehicles. So vehicles above 120khmh should be tracked down
