I'm a Chelsea supporter of 30 years and can someone please tell me why this bloke Rory is getting so much air time?? The man is clueless to the point of being cringe to listen too. I have for some time skipped TalkSport when I see he is among the hosts, I think I'll continue that trend. Give the mike to someone who at least have a clue.. 😵

Poch has been hamstrung by injuries its as simple as that. Mudryk wouldn't have played more than half a dozen games if Poch had any other choice.

Sorry but Poch has been forced into the recent change because of the Enzo injury. Cucurella tactical change has been the massive difference but its taken way too long to make a tactical change and again was forced. Its no miraculaus turnaround. If Enzo hadnt had his surgery we would be watching the same drivel. The lack of options is what has made us better strangely

The fact of the matter is Chelsea have improved from last season and are 13 pts better off from last and can still improve that.
To add to that Poch has had to integrate nearly an entire squad of players into Premier League players.
The club in my opinion have to be much more sensible this summer and leave this squad as is and add an experienced Center back to replace Silva and a quality Goalkeeper
Also no need to go on and spend 100 plus million on Oshimen cause that would possibly trigger FFP

Rory is possibly the most unchelsea supporter. Does he really think he knows all the ins and outs of managing n coaching a young team? Coupled with the most injuries with a young boys team almost all inexperienced in premier league. Before you call for sack, did he call for the same during pep, Klopp and Arteta first season. Except for pep I believe who ended 3rd, thr other didn’t fare better than where poch is now. Took Klopp 6 seasons to win and Arteta is in his 3rd season

Most of the draws and losses were due to chances not taken by the team,not just by Jackson. If you don't score, the opponent remains in the game. Atleast, poch ensures the the team creates chances and play on the front foot most times. Better than were we were last season.

Because literally everybody else has either already signed for their new club or are planning to stay at their current club.
No instant success manager would work because the board want a long-term project and no sane project manager will entertain Chelsea if they sack poch because how do you build a project if you're too impatient with the coach?
Poch needs his second season and if he doesn't get UCL then they don't have to give him his optional third season and both parties part ways with no severance payments to eat into the PSR budget, sack him if he spends the first half of next season lingering in the bottom half or give him the third year if he earns it by meeting or exceeding targets.
