This video is short because Belgium qualified only 8 times from 2010 till 2023, but that's better than nothing!
The idea of the video comes from vikramleon, who kindly gave me links with all the qualifications of Belgium with the Flemish commentary. Thank you very much!

My country (The Netherlands) was already out of the Grand Final for the first time since 2015, but fortunately I’m so proud that our southern neighbors from Belgium have done it and are in the Grand Final once again!

About the three last qualifications, Hooverphonic and Jérémie Makiese deserved it. But they didn't get any 12 points. Gustaph received i three times and there was some relief (especially the 12 points from Greece). VRT did a good job : for the first time, they are qualified two times in a row.
This year also marks the first time two entries selected by VRT (2021 and 2023) made it in successive turns!
So was the RTBF in 2015 and 2017. (prove me wrong)
@@Chahineenderman Yep! That now means they've each managed two qualification streaks. The test'll be if RTBF can become the first to get TWO streaks next year (and extend Belgium's qualification streak to four in a row, which would be a new record)!

2:26 Another fact about Jeremy’s qualification in 2022. It was the first time Belgium was called out as the very first. This wouldn’t say that they ended in first place in the semi-final. The qualifiers are always revealed in a random order. That is why commenter Peter Van de Veire was so confused that he cursed 😂

ok people I would say all vote for Belgium, I think they deserve to win, not only this song is good but also in its entirety, not to forget because Belgium has always had to compete against greats, and is always first to help people and other countries in emergency situations, time to give something back, also the non-european countries.
According to the qualification rates since 2004, If Belgium and The Netherlands both qualify for next year’s Grand Final, then the Dutch speaking countries will share 10 Qualifications in 20 Years each, Imagine that this will happen in 2024!
And with Luxembourg returning, the entire Benelux could potentially be in the final together again for the first time since 1993 if they all qualify!
