A further edit: bork+quinsoo 3rd attack with phantom hit active, ~500 damage if cho is full health + other possible onhits and basedamages. Crit with ~300 ad, IE and LDR, ~ 500 dmg with every single auto that crits + other possible effects. There is a reason they are removing the bonus hp damage from LDR. Last edit I swear: the reason on hit builds are ”the best anti-tank” is the champions that use them have massive steroids that go well with other on-hit items and the fact that a single item counters crit really well, which is Randuins.

You should always adjust your build to enemy. Enemies are tanky with lots of cc. Tbh her build should be both bork and Terminus, but dominik is defenitely not the right choice

i mean bork doesnt do 12 it does like 8 on ranged champs and cho most likely has so much armor even with armor pen its like 70% reduced damage so youd be doing about 2-3% of current hp only, so not it wouldnt solve the issue kindred is just bad at killing tanks ngl. though her w does do a lot of max hp if you have stacks ig. not every marksman has the ability to kill a tank, look at samira or jinx, then look at a character like nilah or kogmaw
BORK is still the best option that can be build as an antitank that stacks health anyway, there is literally no reason to not build it, its the same as not bulding liandry against a cho, if u ever get a game against those champions and u dont build those items ur literally trolling. it doesnt matter if ur champions dont do max health damage by default because of draft issues, you still have the responsability to adapt with the right items to try to win, even if im playing Jhin and im going against a full tank comp (which would really suck) I would still build bork regardless of what other people would say. Also guinso doubles Borks damage really easy, so this idea that kindred is bad at killing tanks is not true if u build her properly.

The way I see it is like a rock scissors paper where adcs counter tanks, tanks counter assasins and assasins counter adcs. if tanks can 1 v 1 adcs then there is no reason to go AD carry in the first place. I do agree tanks are broken with heartsteel, but there is no excuse for not using 1% brain power and decide to read items or itemized properly. While it is true armor reduces the max health on hit from bork, there is literally no other item or choice to take after that. optimal antitank build should be guinso, bork, krakenslayer, lord dominiks, (insert more AS, onhit, or any necessary defensive item) and boots. on what game? Not all games have a build set-in for champs. Situational. Icebourne is 2600 gold, it's a great item for stats, ability haste, and a great passive that reduces damage. If you're talking about previous games, it depends on how the game goes. I believe you're talking about one of my games a few days ago, and the reason I went it is because throughout the game, my CC enabling supports decided not to use their CC abilities. So I was forced to go something that gave me survivability, yet utility. it's great for sticking onto targets.

Cho has 440 armor. Penetration is more valuable, since kindred already has %hp damage in her kit.

Going Quinsoo+bork on a crit adc is very sub-optimal. If you play on-hit adc you naturally go for that.
