Folks in those states can chose to get out of poverty to be resilient in life and keep believing things will be better but they must desire to do so by faith - I grew up in a single parent home and on welfare yet my mom raised me to resent rich people because "they don't want to help the poor" so why we must work hard to be taxed to support laziness?!
