I had this same thought the other day. My grandma, who is wheelchair-bound, had fallen off the bed and no one could lift her up, when I came, lifted her to bed and checked if she was OK I felt like all the effort was worth everything in the world. Be strong for others my dudes, that's the greatest strength

Ok so speaking from a girlfriend who loves her boyfriend very much point of view. It is very easy to list off things that I love about having a boyfriend: he pays for my meals and he pays for my meals, but most importantly he consoles me when I cry, he is there for me after bad days, he makes decisions that I don’t want to make, he offers me dinner, he is there for men when I’m sick, he makes me feel safe, and he has never once raised his voice at me when I do at him. As a woman I am aware that I am more emotionally charged than him. And whenever he combats my feelings of sadness and anger with empathy and kindness, these feelings past. Even when I really get pissed and start a stupid argument he controls the situation and makes sure that I know I’m not alone but that im also being quite irrational. That’s what masculinity has been to me. It’s been a safe haven and a loving home. It’s never once treated me unfairly or poorly but with intention and secure ness. I think masculinity for women is a beautiful thing.

As a 14 year old female I keep falling in and out of having motivation to exercise as last year I was grinding in the gym every week in the summer time but soon fell out of it as my family stopped going and school started back up again and I lost my rhythm which is disappointing but every now and again I do an hours work out at random times cause I find random surges of energy and I’m trying to get stronger at my kicks and punches for my martial arts training, but I’m constantly having guys who are physically stronger than me call me weak for not being as strong as them and it’s infuriating as it knocks my confidence down but soon my summer sports day is coming up and the days are getting warmer so i now have the urge to exercise more to get better for it. I may join my schools running club like my mates and also do 5k runs on Saturdays with them so I will get physically and mentally stronger plus I’d be able to enter into the nation running competitions and gain so much more confidence back which has been taken away.
I need the confidence so I can thrive in life. You gotta put yourself outta your comfort zone to achieve the great. Make comfort with the uncomfortable and you’ll become the better version of yourself.
