Im 14, I started working out 3 months ago. Im already seeing a lot of progress. I can't really give much advice on working out, but I can say that I've been much happier since I started.
Be a monster in total control of yourself, and focus your strength on doing what is right. Take care of your families, provide for them, protect them and help others that need help.
As a 14 year old female I keep falling in and out of having motivation to exercise as last year I was grinding in the gym every week in the summer time but soon fell out of it as my family stopped going and school started back up again and I lost my rhythm which is disappointing but every now and again I do an hours work out at random times cause I find random surges of energy and I’m trying to get stronger at my kicks and punches for my martial arts training, but I’m constantly having guys who are physically stronger than me call me weak for not being as strong as them and it’s infuriating as it knocks my confidence down but soon my summer sports day is coming up and the days are getting warmer so i now have the urge to exercise more to get better for it. I may join my schools running club like my mates and also do 5k runs on Saturdays with them so I will get physically and mentally stronger plus I’d be able to enter into the nation running competitions and gain so much more confidence back which has been taken away. I need the confidence so I can thrive in life. You gotta put yourself outta your comfort zone to achieve the great. Make comfort with the uncomfortable and you’ll become the better version of yourself. (I apologise if this paragraph doesn’t make that much sense I’m not the best at English.)
hey, just wanna say that i admire your dedication towards your health and fitness, i wiah you the best. and also you speak english quite well so don't worry about it :))

It’s crazy man. I absolutely love these videos. Seeing all my fellow men going in. Being the best they can be. People getting saved. It’s what we were born for. It makes me emotionally. I started working out because of these videos.. 2 months strong, running everyday and now taking jujitsu. Thank you for these videos.. sounds crazy but I feel like my life is being saved.
I never fully understood what it meant to be a man until this year. I'm 23, been working construction since 2018, sober since 2018 aswell. Looking back and seeing my growth has been a motivator. This video has made realize I don't want to be like a superstar or some famous asshat. I just want to help others and live comfortably. I love you all and I hope you find the path you're looking for in life. Stay strong boys.
This is a beautiful video and I'm very glad to see it going out in the world, thank you. Real men are much needed in this world and this is much needed encouragement and support for us

We will win in the end! Thanks for the support!
Yes !
Men built, women consume
I appreciate you including Wildland firefighters in this they are truly some of the hardest workers in the country and they go without praise much of the time I am starting as one in a month
The edits like this that show rescues are the best, since it makes you feel empathy and it shows a big part of being a man - helping others

Same here man.
Best video i have seen in a long time
To fight, to compete, to win. To struggle, to protect, to defend, to attack. To push, to lift, to hold fast, to stand tall.
no lie this acc made me tear up. Love that there are still normal people today
Thanks for this bro. I needed this.
Goggins is Perfect example!! Thanks for adding him
First of all hats off to the editor 🙌🔥🔥🔥
Thanks bro!
As a woman, these kind of videos always inspire me to be better, it awakens the strength in myself so whenever i'm in a bad mood or don't have enough motivation to go to gym, i find myself watching these videos. I'm so glad that both mentally and physically strong men exist, in coherence with confident and powerful women. We as a society need each other. Love all
Glad you liked it! Thanks for the support:)
Loving this. Keep them coming
This was tastefully done. Great job m8
Reject modernity embrace masculinity 👍👍
Best edit I've seen so far.
Thanks man!
I keep revisiting this video every now and then. About to head back to the gym for my 6th day now. 💪😎

Every man is a shepherd…and every shepherd is responsible for his flock ..
I like how this was mostly non body builder related. It's good to have an aesthetic physique, but when there's these videos of just bodybuilders on stage and stuff it gets a bit repetitive and not really the most important message that could be sent. So well done on including other aspects of being a man haha :)
This video was recommended at right moment honestly, i had recently lost a close friend and i was so depressed. This inspired me to get back to the gym and i feel a lot better now. Thank you so much
Thanks brother, I'm glad I was able to help! Sorry for your lost one
Great mix of clips. ❤
"Don't apologize for a being man" .. Damn that hits hard for me. It's so necessary for us who's left to mark the importance of being a fu*ken man!
Thank you to all men who built this world around us. I hope my generation will soon realize how important MEN are, and why we need them.
Stay strong brothers 💪🙏❤️
Already started working out. I really love this videos and I had watery eyes. Ur a Inspiration for many people. Thank you for this

Damn this gave me so much energy.
I love how positive this edit is. It dosen't attack or make fun of anyone, its just motivational and encouraging.
RESPECT EVERYONE AND FEAR NONE.
This made me cry and I cant explain why
Everybody hates strong men until they’re passed out on the second floor about to burn to death in a house fire
If your feeling pain as a man and still going your a man in my eyes
I was also in the same zone 6 months back, But Now I am Changing myself, started working out and deleted all social media accounts, also started meditation, I'm just 17 and I want to be a real man, when I grow up
bad thing’s make a strong man
I loved this video, good work.
I'm a girl but this is oddly inspiring haha, my brother wanted to become i pilot but because of one failure, people tore him apart. He is my favourite person in the entire world after my father even tho he beats me black and blue haha. One of my goal in life is to make so much money so that he can live his dreams. He has done so much for me. He once fought 2 dogs who attacked me when we were kids and got injured so bad. Always my hero.
So cute 💓
Neet likalo then
wow legend iam sure i would not think twice if my my sister was being attacked either,i hope you get into NEET
That's cute 😁
Haa that's cute miss.
And all the best for ur NEET exam.
And take care of ur family and ur self.
Im 14, I started working out 3 months ago. Im already seeing a lot of progress.
I can't really give much advice on working out, but I can say that I've been much happier since I started.
this song.. this video... Perfect.
Thanks for the motivation i stared working out because of this video
Be a monster in total control of yourself, and focus your strength on doing what is right. Take care of your families, provide for them, protect them and help others that need help.
Train your body mentally and physically, learn a skill that most people don't have, become a leader of your own
That is a piece of art 👌🏻
this has greatly inspired me, thank you politelycorrect
Finding consistency is never about finding the urge or motivation to train. You just do it, whether you want to or not.
Keep at it! My 2 best ways to stay motivated is to make exercise a habit, like doing it the same time every day, and constantly reminding myself what and who I’m doing it for! Also, don’t worry in the slightest about others talking down to you, they just need to make themselves feel better. I wish you luck on your journey, and I’ll be cheering you on!
