    Ingredients (for 4 servings):
    - Green apple - 1 pc (100 g)
    - Cooked chicken fillet - 1 pc (200 g)
    - Walnuts - 20 g
    - Greek yogurt / Sour cream - 2 tbsp
    - Mustard (non-spicy) - 1 tsp
    - Lemon juice - from 1 slice
    - Celery - 3 stalks (150 g)
    - Turmeric - to taste (approximately 1/2 tsp)
    - Coriander - to taste (approximately 1/4 tsp)
    - Salt, pepper - to taste
    - Pomegranate seeds - for decoration
    Recipe:
    1. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice from 1 slice and mix.
    2. Cut the cooked chicken fillet into small cubes.
    3. Finely chop the celery: cut the stalks lengthwise into thin strips, then into small cubes.
    4. Mix all the ingredients. Add Greek yogurt / sour cream, non-spicy mustard, salt, and spices - to taste. Mix thoroughly and garnish the salad with walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
    Enjoy!
    * Instead of walnuts, you can use other nuts or seeds (such as almonds, hazelnuts, sesame).
    * It is not necessary to use exactly this set of spices; you can experiment according to your taste preferences.
