I have sat in the jump seat between these 2 on landing and flight, back in the 80s travelling home on leave from The Australian Navy, always home safely
Edward Steven «minimums» if the pilots do not see the runway before that, they have to do «go around» they are not allowed to fly below that unless they see the runway.
In the past, ANA also owned F27.
My dad commanded the F27 back in the 90s. Flew alot with him on the jumpseat.
Ali Gardezi my dad also has commanded F27s in early 60's. Infact flew a brand new one from Amsterdam to Pakistan AP-ALX

My 1st airline job was going to be F27, nice to see what it would have been like.
Fantastico
Great video 💯😊
They used to fly out of LSZH, I could hear them every night, but now it's ATR.
Le premier F 27 a fait son apparition dans les années 50.
Why does it always sound like there is some sort of pressure relief valve venting when an F-27 is operating on the ground?
F-27 had pneumatic brakes
@@yawaridrees2430thank you!!

MINIMUMS when passing minimum altitude. it's coupled to the radio altimeter, when you don't see the runway you have to make a go around.
My first flight experience in such plane. Looks like a steamengine now.
Always was a steamengine even in 1987
