NKP 765 northbound along the NS Lehigh Line running through the little town of Northampton, PA (just north of Allentown, PA). This the first of 2 trips put on by The Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society. The trips named "The Lehigh Gorge Special" originate in Allentown and travel north mostly along the Lehigh River to Pittston PA. On the return trip they will stop in the town of Jim Thorpe (originally Mauch Chunk) and then return to Allentown.

Nice video. The locomotive really looks awesome pulling the 21 passenger cars.The car be hind the tender is it a motorize car helping the 2-8-4 locomotive pull the 21 passenger cars? Thanks for sharing. Greetings from New Jersey
