My theory: Henry was trying to save his friends (Charles and Ellie) by jumping through different worlds, but he accidentally destroyes his teleporter. This got him stuck between the worlds, where he doesn't know whether Charles is dead, or Ellie switched to Toppat's side (that's why there are question marks). Suddenly, because of the destroyed teleporter, he starts being corrupted by an unknown error. When he's almost defeated, he finds the door (1:05), and teleporter behind them. He uses it, but the error blocks it and generates another world with corrupted ending.
Edit: Waaait... These red things look like some sort of eyes/cameras...What if this is the program that controls Henry, and it starts breaking when he tries to get out of it?

This feels like if this was an ending it'd be the worst one, Like, Henry sides with the government in thr airship one,, then Henry leaves Ellie behind at the beginning of the prison one, Charles picks him up at the end, Ellie goes on to escape eventually and somehow become the leader of the Tophat clan, the tophat clan gets into space, Henry and Charles get sent up there to destroy the base, charles crashes into the ship, and it goes on from there, now at the escape pods the correct one to open was the vip one, They were gonna shoot them, but didn't, all the options lead to Henry being taken into the escape pod and charles being shot and left on the spaceship, When they get to earth the right hand man, and the other ppl in the vip escape pod, grab Henry and Ellie puts her foot on his face and does a speech, during this speech there are options, there are four options, none work, but there is a secret one in the top corner witch is error, it glitches out the game and henry is shown standing in a void, with little error glitches on a Fail? Screen with no continue or reply button, anyother time its henry getting shot and you get the HORRID ending, but this time you get no end, it continues, it does that recording speed up thing, and shows henry there, standing, sitting, doing handstands, anything to pass the time, if you wait ten minutes the game closes and you get an achievement, which would be *insert name here*

So my theory for this universe, I’ve seen other comments talking about their theories and I’ve decided to tell mine:
Henry starts off like the regular universe of Henry Stickmin, Breaking the Bank, Escaping The Prison, Stealing the Diamond, Infiltrating the Airship, Fleeing the Complex and then Completing the Mission. My educated guess is that Henry found the teleporter again and had decided to use it, you can see him suing a teleporter during the gltitching corrupted scenes at 1:04. That could take place before it starts getting corrupted, as he does not seem to be glitching then. There is also a key focus on the teleporter at 0:34 aswell, leading me to brlieve even more that the teleporter caused it.
When he used the teleporter it could’ve teleported him to a place of his universe which was meant to be out of bounds, and out of reach bit he managed to get there on accident. That could have caused the code of his universe as it is a game, and with the ERRORS showing up on the screen in the animation, it gets me to believe that could have happened. The errors occur and the game probably had tried to remove the error as fast as possible, being Henry himself. He managed to not be deleted and ended up getting corrupted by the proccess, he regained the knowledge from every timeline there is, seeing all his deaths and every way it could have turned out. This I would say obviously made him slightly insane from the way he acts in the animation. The eyes that constantly show up could signify the ‘All seeing eye’ which would mean some other thing is watching him, or the one I like to go with and this theory is revolved around: Henry is the all seeing eye in a way, as he has seen every ending and fail.
This is mainly speculation from what I saw and watched in the video, you can comment what you think about this theory. God, this took a long time to write, you can add on to it and what not. Thanks for reading this god damn long comment/theory, see ya!

For some reason I decided to watch this for the first time without knowing what Henry Stickmin was, but now that I do, whenever I come back to this video I have so much more appreciation for the references to all the alternate storylines. I think I enjoy it more overall having watched it first without knowing what the series was and coming back to it with a bunch of knowledge about it. I really love this animation and you can tell how much work went into it!

this reminds me of some....issues that I have. I have a hard time fitting in in school, and I'm not good at concentrating. and like the first scene from the animation, whenever I finish a test, I get really happy when I see I'm not the last to finish it, only to get scolded for being happy. 0:54 reminds me of some social issues I have (i isolate myself from everyone and just stare at the floor) and then 0:35 reminds me of me contemplating life thoughts and overthinking things. while "Fail" and blood and eyes remind me of how I deal with my personal problems alone because I don't want anyone to think I'm a freak. the "Error" signs remind me of people forgetting I exist (like the whole isolating). then static reminds me of people being oblivious to anything I'm going through, and the teleporter and the white void remind me of trying to escape my own insecurities. and finally stealing the diamond reminds me of feeling like I've won when I haven't.
I recommend a psychologist, and no, I'm not kidding, I understand you, I was like that, I had a psychologist for a year and I improved a lot, at first it may seem difficult, but it will improve your life a lot, believe me

i was 3 years late.
While on the outside henry looks fine, but all of these AU's that have been created from the "fails" are starting to weigh on his subconscious, he's starting to become confused with which timeline he's in, he doesn't even know if he's in the timeline where him and ellie becom apart of the toppat clan, or if he's in the timeline where him and charles take down the toppat clans spaceship, yet charles dies, all of these memories are starting to confuse henry, his "perfect ending" Is where he and ellie don't join the toppat clan, and charles doesn't die (I am referring to the Triple threat ending) So he's constantly in this state of confusion and anger, He's constantly being pushed by YOU the puppeteer, he's constantly being reminded of his best friend's death, he's constantly being pushed to die,and die, and die over, and over, he just wants it to end he wants YOU, the player to stop

My guess on this AU:
Henry kept choosing the bad/wrong endings, soon Henry started glitching out. He started to see new options that we’re not there. In the Top Hat Civil War Ending, Henry glitches out while falling to his death.
Henry lands in the code of this world, he walks around looking at all the endings. Soon he finds the Teleporter. He decides to fix everything, and he gets to work on reworking the teleporter.
But how do we explain the black thingies

Okay now I finally built a storyline.
After a few months of Charles death, the sadness slowly turns him insane, since he has no real friends( he never met Ellie). Then he has a vision of different lives, different endings, different fails. He decides to throw his life on the line by traveling to a different timeline. So he picks up his teleporter and tries it for one final time. He starts traveling, seeing a strange but beautiful young lady with short red hair talking to his other self, Charles finally alive again, talking to the two, Reginald convincing him to betray Charles. After few seconds, he comes across the right ending which he wants. But he presses the teleport button few milliseconds late and gets trapped in a void of nothingness. He sees error messages around him, and the darkness starting to swallow him, and at the last second realizes that he wasn’t controlling his life, someone else was. He was just a puppet. He slowly gets corrupted and dissolved into nothingness.
Yeah it’s pretty dark if two and two are put together. I tried my best with this one

whoo boy, theory time! i'll go scene by scene and describe what is happening and the deductions i draw from it.
1. the events of BtB, pretty obvious here as just an establishing thing.
2. Henry contemplating the two sides of the government or the top hat clan. He is contemplating this even going into FtP, showing that this is one of the situations where henry can remember the different timelines.
3. Liny rough style showing that this is a flashback to StD, previous life of self centred actions.
4. Henry's most major allies in the various timelines, obviously pushed away or distrusting of henry in the current timeline.
5. Showing the two most successful timelines of allying with each person, Tophat King and a generally positive relationship with Charles. This shows the various ways Henry is using the timelines, and the fact that he is slowly reaching outside of what is in the base games.
6. Grey halls with pillars and henry running. I doubt it is any specific location, or if it is it is maybe the rocket. Showing Henry's despondence to the various timelines and anger at how he can change so little (the screenshake does most of that)
7. Henry being watched by eyes, perhaps the players? The CCC? whatever it is, it is evidently powerful.
8. The loop of fails and death becoming a prison for Henry here. The cycle of death of not only himself but of others weighs deeply on his soul.
9. Just lipsync to establish Henry as the one saying it and that it is diegetic in general.
10. the teleporter, the most running joke and source of constant suffering for henry. Also the pause button is of note, as it shows that the viewer, and thus probably the player, is in control of the situation.
Now the juicy bit!
11. Ellie being seemingly forgotten to Henry, not having any idea she exists and possibly this timeline is just Them never meeting in FtC. This does match up with The ending next up, which started in FtC with Henry doing a charge tackle. Ellie putting on the hat indicates that it is Tophat king, or that
12. Charles in Valliant Hero, pretty obvious here TBH. Presumed dead, and Charles only dies in that timeline and in fails.
13. Henry being corrupted by the memories and the suffering he is causing.
14. Henry realizing this corruption, and panicking, trying to find a way out of it.
15. He looks for any way out, a door, alcohol, glitching the game itself, even the teleporter, but nothing works.
16. His attempts to escape leave the game breaking, and glitches are popping up all over the place.
17. These glitches infect Henry, controlling him.
18. The eyes that were watching him originally look again, but this time at the audience.
19. This infection of henry causes a new ending to be unlocked, the corrupted ending. Where him and the game he resides in is permanently corrupted.
Ok that was less analytical than i thought it would be, but hey, it works!
Edit 1: While yes, Ellie putting on the hat could also mean tophat civil war, the fact that she is smiling and happy in both scenes shows that this is not the case.
Edit 2: some corrections to the names (how did it take 27 replies for someone to find those?)

My theory is that somehow the Valiant Hero ending and Civil War ending somehow got combined. It could be possible that all of the errors indicate that a possible virus, or bug, has caused the two timelines to come together, leading to a sick and twisted “Triple Threat” ending.
Also, when Henry Stickmin is in the black void, only him and the fail screen, it’s shows how there is some sort of blood on his hands (0:25). I think this symbolizes his guilt for what has happened. His guilt for how he betrayed Ellie and she joined the Toppat Clan, and his guilt for Charles’s death. He blamed himself for this, and has been slowly going insane about it
At 0:41, we see that, just like in every “Valiant Hero” ending, Charles is presumed dead... or is he? It says Dead...? Not just dead. Now think about this: Ellie had to have been on the ship, she wouldn’t want to have been left behind when the ship was taking off. But then Charles and Henry broke into, and blew up the rocket. Just like all Valiant Hero endings Charles sacrifices himself to save you. And you land back down to earth. But what if Ellie has found Charles. Now there are two possibilities: Ellie, a member of the Toppat Clan, turns him in, and they throw him either into space or in jail as a prisoner. Or, Ellie saves Charles, not wanting him to be abandoned, left for dead. Just like how Henry left her for dead back at The Wall. Ellie could tell Charles what Henry has done to her back at the wall, and Charles could possibly side against Henry.
Now for the teleporter. In “Jewel Barron” ending, you get across a bridge to steal the emerald by using the teleporter. The teleporter puts you through many timelines. This could be how the timelines got messed up in the first place; the teleporter messed up (like always). Although I am not sure how.

This song reminds me so much of when I was in middle school. Worst and best years of my life. Whenever I first started elementary school I was one of those kids who was always made fun of and didn't stop until the day I left college where all my friends from over the years came to congratulate me when I thought I could never get through the rest of my life. This meme and just the song in general has helped me through these times, so every time I see this pop up it always makes me forget about the bad times I had gone through my life with my mental issues as a kid
