Amazing how better VLM is at cleaning compared to HWE. I feel like HWE just soaks the carpet too much and attract more dirt. I never understood using it to clean pet piss stains because to me I feel like spraying the piss with charged water would just push the ppee deeper intone fibers. HWE with encapsulation traps it and lifts it right up
I wish I would have figured that one out years ago lol! I do not miss lugging those dam hoses in and out of houses. By far the best decision I ever made was to ditch the HWE process!!!
