Thank you for these videos Gerry. I have to say though. The Music Never Stopped from Buffalo is the best I’ve ever heard the Dead play along with some Eyes of the Worlds from 73-74. Jerry is just absolutely levitating above the band from 5/9 in that extended solo. Absolutely bonkers
Nah, that ain’t the holy grail. Not even in my top 10. A fine show for sure. My biggest knock is its short. IMHO 05/09/77 is light years better. PEACE! Love your videos!
Only problem is there is a Digital step in their process for making this vinyl box. Might as well buy the CD. Also I find it funny that that the guy telling people about the Grateful Dead like he was there is a guy who never saw the band.
What do you think the odds of getting an RSD reissue for Sunshine Daydream are? August 27 is my birthday and i absolutely need to own Veneta on wax. I'd honestly pull the trigger if I found it in the wild for $400 or less at this point.
I think they announced it in email that announced Dead and Co final tour and Cornell show on 5/8/23, and it sold out within a week or so, if memory serves. Was kind of a surprise release. ETA: my Buffalo looks just like that, and still sealed.
Cornell is spectacular, for sure, and it's arguably the Holy grail. But I prefer Hartford, primarily because Sugaree is the best of both dates.
Great review man! I've got a copy of the box yet and I absolutely love it

Great job, for me the version of Estimated Profit is the real deal. Even if the start kinda of a stumble, but that’s the dead! Lol
How did you hear about it. I had no idea and i am on the mailing list. Missed it.

That’s fake. Sorry
