    Is there any way to pan the packs so 1 L 2 R 3L 4R and have 4 separate channels for input? Meaning, I have a QU32 board and I have 4 channels sending out to Aux for IEM's. Can I take those 4 and input one into each input here so I have 4 people hearing different custom things?

    Great review. You can really see how bad it is when you compare Direct Out to the signal from the body pack. Thanks for your work. I won't be buying one of these.

    • @snowkingcro
      @snowkingcro  Před 2 lety

      Yeah, it kinda sucks, but, for a small band, without a van, or any ability to use wedges or stage monitors, it gets the job done... I just think that I should bought the other version with higher frequencies... the sound would maybe be clearer...

    Hello - can i check if stereo operation is possible on each side of the unit? For example, if i provide a separate left and right input feed from my mixer to the rear left and right (on one UHF channel) - would this provide a stereo effect?

    • @snowkingcro

    When I see systems like this I've never been able to fully understand if you can send a seperate mix to each pack as the sellers usually don't say in the description. Is that what the channel inputs on the back do? Can input one go to pack one only and input 2 pack 2 only etc?

    • @snowkingcro
      @snowkingcro  Před 3 lety +2

      exactly! you also have two inputs for every body pack!
      so:
      #1 - you can send 4 aux channels and mix them as two stereo in every body pack
      #2 - You can send two aux signals to every mono channel so every body pack has mono in both phones
      #3 - You can send 4 individually mixed aux channels (2ch per input with every aux on it's L or R panorama) so every body pack (four of them) has individual mix but only in one ear.

      @@snowkingcro Hello.. thank you for the detailed review and clarifications. :-) with your option #3, is it possible to do the following configuration..
      Question 1: Send 4 individually mixed aux channels to the 4 inputs available (channel 1 L+R & Channel 2 L+R)
      Question 2: Route each channel input (for example Channel 1 left) to an individual receiver. (So each of the 4 receivers will get an individually mixed aux channel)
      Receiver 1 will get Channel 1 Left
      Receiver 2 will get Channel 1 Right
      Receiver 3 will get Channel 2 Left
      Receiver 4 will get Channel 2 Right
      Question 3: Is it possible to change a setting on the receiver to mono so that the signal comes through to both left and right in ears.
      I hope I did not bore you with my question :-P
      Thanks in advance.

      I have these, and they're perfect for playing in a bar or restaurant with the band. No more bringing in monitor speakers for everyone and no more feedback! :) Batteries usually last one night. So I bought a pack of 8 high capacity rechargeable AA batteries from Amazon so I can recharge them every night. :) if u do the same, make sure they are high capacity rechargeables. Also you want to buy your own in ear monitor headphones from Amazon as well. The DZ pro dual driver for $30 are great and sound better than the headphones that come with the unit. The DZ also wrap around your ear so they don't fall out on stage. Lastly, replace the headphones tips with foam tips from Amazon. You will thank me when you play live.

      @snowkingcro  Před 2 lety

      @Allen J - I am soooo sorry that i skipped your question and didn't see it...,
      question#2 - yes, you could configure them that way
      Question#3 - No! Receiver has no settings... you can only change the frequencies, and that's about it.
