I agree!!! ..... But on a little side note, those beads aren't the representation of the Holy Rosary....I really pray that one is added to the large variety of emojis. I find it very odd that it hasn't (perhaps due to the power of the Holy Rosary, that's why it hasn't been added?) I think those beads are similar to what my Hindu co-workers adorn their wrists with😱 but it's definitely not the Holy Rosary.

I believe that your divine Son became man and died for our sins and that he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches because you have revealed them who are eternal truth and wisdom, who can neither deceive nor be deceived.

How lovely it is that you believe in the Three Persons of the Most Holy Trinity. I always start my videos with the presence of the Most Holy Trinity. I do this not just as a routine, but because God has given me the great grace of having the presence of the Most Holy Trinity always present before me in a powerful way. On account of this the whole of hell cannot do anything against this grace in me. God wants us to love him with perfect love. To help my viewers arrive at this perfect love of God, I’m publishing a weekly CZcams video on episodes from the life of Don Bosco, entitled ST JOHN BOSCO by JOE ZAMMIT. In this series I’m narrating events and miracles from the splendid life of Don Bosco. St John Bosco used to perform a miracle almost every day, through the intercession of Mary Help of Christians. From the lives of saints we can learn how to love God more and draw closer to him. Thank you

Such an important talk. I have imbibed modernism so thoroughly through my upbringing by liberal Catholics and Protestants, it STILL hurts my faith to this day. It plagues me even during prayer. I've prayed a 54 day novena to be delivered of this spirit of skepticism, but its still a huge burden and source of sadness for me. I'm a devout traditional Catholic, but I constantly doubt one doctrine or another on the basis of doubting whether we can really know anything. Hearing a clear refutation of these poisonous ideas from a good priest really helps.

      You do not suffer alone.
Just remember, though, and that God permits this struggle for a reason and that He wills all things for good. It helps to remember that truly great and holy saints including Alphonsus Ligouri, Therese of Liseux, Ignatius of Loyola suffered from this as well.
Keep praying the rosary every day even if you doubt it. Hold to the one part of you that does believe, and keep pressing.

I mean no disrespect but all the faith filled men were pushed away from nourishing entire congregations of children in the Church so the result is a bunch of unloved children. The first home to go fatherless was not black America. It was the Catholic church in the 20th century. I was 4 when you got married. My mom was 7 or 8 when they brought in Vatican 2 and she has very strong memories as a child experiencing all that confusion. In other words as a Catholic family..... We are fatherless just about.

@@lavenderblue1476 you’re correct! I’m glad I left because I would not have been a good priest had I stayed and been ordained in 1979. Funny how life goes, but now that I am nearly 70, was married for 40 years, then God called my bride home, I’d probably make a pretty good, traditional priest. But you can’t go back and all things do indeed work to the good for those who love God.

Great advice from a wise man guided by the Holy Ghost, when he says to have the attitude: "I willing to follow the truth regardless the personal cost, then you're going to be safe" from all the errors of modernism. That's true, most people don't have that, most people got a comfortable living and they don't wanna change that. Most people don't wanna lose their friendship, their jobs, their prestige, etc. If it's comfortable then it's all good. That's dangerous.

When I became Catholic, in cathecumenate (RCIA), I have been thought that Christ didn't know that He was God but He learned it in time, that things were changed and the old is no more to be believed, there is no going back, finally Holy Ghost intervened and gave us Vatican II, and many things like that on collegiality, Christ, Church and etc. When I heard them, my newly formed faith trembled. But I looked at them again, I researched them before, and after they thought it. I was heartbroken in these 3 years. Finally I received the sacrament of baptism, I feel free not only from my former burden of sin, but also these teachings. I hope that they will finally understand what suffering they are causing on the little ones, because before I became a Christian, I didn't know anything about Christianity and thanks to that, I always searched for truth, thanks be to God. If I was not as ignorant as I was, may be I could be fall into the errors of modernism too. So sad. Miserere Domine.

My late mother was Catholic in her youth and through only about 10 yrs of marriage when in the 60s she divorced my agnostic alcoholic father and never turned back blaming the Church as a prison for its ill conceived morality. She had stopped taking her 4 children to Mass by then. I wandered around for over 50 years and now I felt I had missed out on a Catholic life. In the last couple of years I did return to Mass, Confession, and Eucharist, but haven’t persisted in Mass attendance. I am depressed about the whole world situation and that includes the Church.

The FSSPX have a missionary care to all their Mass centers (so-called because they are not under the diocesan bishop). They are solid priests. They don't dismiss, ignore or use modernist-manipulation. Because of their 'unusual' canonical status, the shifting sands of the local ordinary cannot force the next 'update/dictate' on them. People need stability because God is stable. Kyrie eleison.

You’re not alone, you can be certain of that. Many bishops, priests, and the current Pope add to our problems. They have made it clear that they have accepted parts of the heresy that Father Ripperger is talking about. The global influencers and our national government is a train wreck loaded with immorality. My advice to you is to try to understand the causes of your sadness and fight back against it. Go to Mass every week as we are obligated. Stay in the State of Grace and keep close to Christ. Find good Catholic persons like yourself and keep close with them. Use your relationships with others to show your Catholic beliefs, don’t let them push their atheistic empty world on you. Stay in control of your Christian life.

I can only believe their intent is to destroy something that is good and holy --- one way or another. It's impossible to kill or destroy GOD. I don't think they quite realize that. It seems a lot of effort to expend on something that is impossible to accomplish....? Excellent talk, Fr. Ripperger, thank you.

Kant was everywhere and all over the place. Probably promoted by someone. So there are references from other writers to his ideas.
But one can look further and see, sometimes they refute the ideas of Kant or lean on in, but almost everyone had to reference his ideas.
It is like nowadays - if you want to or not, you have to talk on climate change, because the rhetoric is being pushed. Even though scientists called the phenomenon differently and it was just a part of a bigger dynamic.
Just as an example. It can be replaced with any other upcoming idea, that is being pushed publicly.
My English is not the best at this point, but I hope you get my idea.
In general I agree, only because some things are fallible it does not mean it is completely false.

I actually wrote a new speech for my next month's Knights of Columbus meeting and the speech I've written is the papal encyclical of Pope Saint Pius X and the papal encyclical is about an oath against Modernism. Now you're probably wondering why would I pick this one? Well because we live in a crazy, secular modern country and once I give out the speech, there could be some Knights of Columbus who disagree with me and possibly the grand knight. But regardless of what happens at the meeting, there'll be mutual understanding and respect and let peace prevail and flourish. And hopefully the speech won't jeopardize my position as a lecturer.

Right, if causation is just constant contiguity of event types (e.g., rolling cue ball-8 ball being struck-latter changing location) then there are no natural laws, hence no occurrence, no matter how far removed from the normal sequence of appearances (mere 'habits of thought') need be considered in violation thereof. ('Hey, the 8-ball never moved!' 'Oh well, weird happens.') What's miraculous here though, is the incessant repetition of normal experiences. Why hasn't Irregularity ever become the New Normal, given the lack of any natural, nomic relation between event types (Universals)? Hume = ABT/Anything But Thomism aka Sanity. TY, Father R. Concerning Hume: If I see a hammer hit a nail, according to Hume I won't see the transfer of energy from the moving hammer to the stationary nail and therefore cannot conclude that energy has transferred. Maybe the nail just went into the wood of its own accord.
If, however, I miss the nail and hit my thumb instead, I will feel the transfer of energy from the moving hammer into my stationary thumb in the form of stimulated nerves carrying a message to my brain. I will also observe that I have damaged my thumb from the ruptured blood vessels and resulting bruising of the impact site.
Now, I have never observed that my thumb hurts without some cause, whether from external force, some invasive fungus, or drying of the tissues, etc. I can conclude that there was indeed a transfer of energy from the moving hammer to my aching thumb. I can also observe that each and every time i hit my thumb wirh a hammer using the same force with which i intend to hit a nail, it hurts very much and the result is always pretty much the same. Since the mechanism of the hammer hitting the thumb and the hammer hitting the nail are the same, I can conclude that there is indeed a transfer of energy when one moving object strikes another.
This line of reasoning is bolstered by the fact that we do not observe a nail going into wood without the intervention of some external object or force, whether a hammer or a really strong magnet (work with me here, I know.) We can also infer that Hume probably needed to get out of the house a bit more, based on the fact that he seems to completely ignore human experience.
But in Hume's defense, we can also infer from the existence of a very fine and probably costly oil portrait of him that he was probably more accustomed to observing billiard balls than hitting his thumb with a hammer.
