Anderlecht (/ɑ̃.dœʁ.lɛkt/) is one of the 581 municipalities of Belgium and one of the 19 bilingual municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region. On 1 December 2019, it had 121,019 inhabitants (7th most populous municipality in Belgium)2 (60,384 men and 60,635 women), called Anderlechtois in French and Anderlechtenaars in Dutch, for an area of 17.74 km2 or a density of 6,821.82 inhabitants/km2. It is located in the south-west of the Brussels conurbation and borders the municipalities of Brussels City, Dilbeek, Drogenbos, Forest, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Leeuw-Saint-Pierre and Saint-Gilles.

Is the area near Bizet Metro 5 in the municipality of Anderlecht safe for non-European students.

Thank you for your comment. Andelecht is very much a safe place. But yes like everywhere else we have good and bad people. Overall is a good place.
