Izzat Dzid, nice idea. I have seen lighters that do not have the wheel and stone mechanism but uses another small mechanical ignition device which creates small spark if we press a button. The device itself 1-1.5 inch long. I believe using that thing along with the pen cap u showd can create the same effect but the device will be very much smaller. Just an idea. Don't know if it works
