    Am i the only one that wants a gt pro with spoked wheels (19) and some other color scheme

      @user-wt4yw3lp7e Před 6 měsíci +3

      Fully with you. I take my GTP to more challenging trails than showed in this video without problems, but spoked 19” would be a great addition.

      @@user-wt4yw3lp7e it is more about the looks actually.. on an adv bike I don't really like the look of aluminum rims. Maybe on a 1200gs of some modelyears

    • @user-wt4yw3lp7e
      @user-wt4yw3lp7e Před 6 měsíci +2

      And for the look, sure. For me it is about manageable height, including off-road.

      @@user-wt4yw3lp7e the height is the main reason of course..

      I have a rally pro which is a great bike. However I’d try with joy a spoked 19 front

    You are aware that the brakes are now linked? When front brake applied rear is also activated.

    Triumph is definitely making better and better bikes year on year. With so many amazing bikes from numerous different manufacturers, it's hard to pin point which one to get. Triumph this year, has models that have moved up my wishlist that were far lower than the year before. Like jumped up a LOT.

    Ive had a GTPRO 900 tiger & done 20 k on it & love it - test rode both 2024 today Rally Pro & GT Pro and wondered if i could have the Rally Pro & still ride it on the road as fast as i have the tiger - the 21 front wheel is making me think it wouldn't be as good to ride can i have your opinion please and advise cheers

    I hope these sell like hot cakes. A bit rich for me brand new but second hand in a few years? Right up my alley.

    Good review...in warm climates engine heat has been a major issue with triumph triples. Did you notice excessive engine heat?

    • @BikeMatters
      @BikeMatters  Před 2 měsíci

      Nothing excessive at all! Though this launch was in December on the south coast of Spain, so it wasn't too warm!

    • @fearhand12

      Owners of the previous gen have commented that Triumph have reworked the front of the bike to channel heat away from the rider but I can't confirm

    GT PRO does not let you configure PRELOAD on the REAR suspension.
    Yo have only FOUR PRELOAD POSITIONS:
    NO PRELOAD; 92% PRELOAD; 96% PRELOAD; 100% PRELOAD
    There is NO WAY to configure preload to get CORRECT SAG for SOLO RIDER and his riding style.
    That is a HUGE OMISSION on part of Triumph.
    Did you even try to setup the correct preload on GT PRO?

    I don’t know, .. but it irritates me when someone presenting the bike gets the NM wrong and ends his statement about the hp with “I believe?”. Perhaps you should read the fact sheet before shooting the clip, dude?

    I'm really between Tiger Rally Pro and BMW F 900 GS. what would you say about this comparison? looks like a close call honestly

    • @BikeMatters
      @BikeMatters  Před 4 měsíci +1

      That really is a tough call between the two, both are very close on specs. In all honesty I'd say you'd be happy on either one, only way to find out would be a test ride on both. I've only ridden this Tiger out of the two, but absolutely adored it.

    I know it's a great bike. Sadly, it's a pirate bike. The only single headlight is no way for me. From far away, it looks terrible. I wish triumph made it like africa twin. Twin headlight ❤❤❤

    Prices need a bit of explanation: white GT Pro is 13 895£, red (like in the video) and black are 14 095£.
    Also, this red looks more like cherry on my screen. And I don't want black or white... It's as if there's no real colour choice this year :/

    Someone needs to tell Triumph that Rally bikes are 450cc.......You won't get far on an overweight 900cc bike.

      I've got the 2021 bike, and it eats up the Sandy routes of the Florida panhandle. It's definitely not a t700 or a tw200, but I would still take it just about anywhere.
