  • Here is the recipe for a very healthy jam. It is prepared only from 3 ingredients:
    250 g fruit (fresh or ice cream)
    5 Dates and 30 g of raisins (but you can only put one or the other, or any other alternative to sugar)
    2 tablespoons chia seeds.
    Incredibly healthy for anemics and young children.
