Whoa, I realized how big the plane is going to be when you held the fin and stabilizer up to your chest. Very cool Larry. Thanks for letting us see the mad scientist at work. 😉
I have about 5 RC airplanes in the loft of my shop, one has a .120 twin cylinder FS 4 stroke motor, has flaps, in fact all my motors are 4 Stroke, FS and Satio v-vaves and one Super Tiger 2 stroke. I have a box in my garage that is at least waste high filled with stuff to build air planes with, bulsa wood, screws, wheels, gears, paints, iron on coverings, you name it and my planes materials and tools are for sale including my first trainer a Great Planes with kind of a high degree dihedral wing but has airlions, very stable for learning and flies fairly slow but had a good climb rate. I got out of the hobby in 1998 when our air field close down and our club disbanded. Only thing I never installed or used was retracts.
Thanks for watching, going to be a little this week. I ended up having to do some construction work for my parents over the weekend so didn’t get on the plane build
Man of many talents. Future safe landings.Watch out ya may get 1000 orders from you tubers. Larry build me a plane for this amount of $$$. Good sized plane. Because planes are light I'd assume ya want to fly them in non windy days.
Yup there’s a lot, these kids are nice because it comes with all the wood some planes you build awful plans you have to buy all the wood separate those are a little difficult
Yeah sorry, I’ll make sure to include when I hinge the Wings. I don’t know what happened to that footage it shows it’s there but when I try to play it it just goes blank. Think I might need to have to pick up some new SD cards have used him too many times think they’re getting worn
real good job Larry, can't wait for the update thanks sam
Thanks Larry good video , can't wait to see the next one. LOVE PLANES
I’ll get back on it this weekend, hoping to have it in the air by end of next month
Good video again be safe on the road my friend
Thanks

Nope, going to jump back on it this weekend for a bit
Hello do you have a video yet of the wing build including hinges?
What do you use for backing (push pins) a ceiling tile?
Thanks
hey Larry, how did u have your camera mounted above you?
It was mounted on a rafter, I think I’m going to make some kind amount to get it a little lower so my head doesn’t get in the way
How do you hinge the elevator and rudder?
