That is just good long term business sense. so many go out of business because the get rich fast then dump the company putting so many out of jobs.

I am close to retirement. I also drove truck for company and myself in the past. would love to get into brokering loads also. When I had my own truck it was a pain with some brokers. I would be on the O/O side and try my best to be fair with them.
Sounds like you will be so busy that you will need to hire some help Need more brokers like you. You have been on the other end of things You will be able to make money and earn respect from the other deivers
