It's all about practice. He's been doing in it for quite sometime. Once you keep doing it over and over, the nervousness will go. :)

I've driven go-karts very similar to the ones in the vlog, but on a much bigger track in California, with far longer straightaways. They are amazing, as they accelerate very quickly and turn on a dime. BTW, that hotel room Casey was in was AMAZING. I don't know the name of the hotel, but I'd love to stay there.

Those were VERY slow go-karts, i ride ones in up here in British Columbia, and their about 20x faster, and their the slowest ones.
his note on the danger factor came not from the speed, rather the layout of the go-kart track. Fast it may not be, but any faster and you DO end up overshooting that hairpin turn, you're toast.
