I had a couple questions about the scoring. You were the third video I watched and it all makes sense now. Thank you for making it so clear and going over everything!
Clear and crisp, thank you
This made so much more sense than trying to read the instructions. Thanks a ton!
i realize it is kinda randomly asking but do anybody know a good site to watch newly released series online ?
@Ty Marvin Meh I'd suggest Flixportal. Just search on google for it :) -avery
@Avery Salvador thanks, signed up and it seems to work :) Appreciate it!!
@Ty Marvin Happy to help =)
Haven't played a single blueorange game that wasn't fantastically fun.
Great explanation! Thanks for the video!
Great job! It seems pretty simple…….now. Thank you so much.
Hey,
good video - it helped us to get started.
I miss the explanation of "Knights and "Taxes", as well as the "Towers".
Thank you! It was so helpful!
You're welcome. Thanks for letting me know it helped you :)
Did you forget to explain where towers come from? Or how the queen could be visiting your kingdom?
Probably, sorry. You get tower's from buying city tiles with them on and whoever has the most the queen visits.
Toucan Play that Game Your reply is a bit light on accuracy because if a player *matches* the most number of towers, they take the queen...so it's not really whoever has the most.
the building and queen explantion are a little light. i cant find a video of a full description. anyone have another video?
This game is not easy to clearly and easily explain. This review is making a pretty good attempt at it. While you are explainig things really well and easy to understand, sadly, there are times when a move is mentioned and the rule or reason why it is done is only explained minutes later (for example the fact that you cannot play a certain tile at a certain place you mention at around 3:00, but only explain why it is so at around 6:55), with a lot of unrelated info in between - and, if I'm not mistaken, the movement of the queen is not really explained either - just like the goal and manipulation of the towers.
Sorry, but I must say that this could (should) have been a bit more well-tought out a review, one a bit more logically built. Not a ad review by any means - but not an especially good one either. not as good as it would have been if you give it a bit more time and thought.
(Not a troll or an automatic hater, my frank opinion.)
yep, i have no idea what role queen plays, cuz he didnt mention it at all, also have no idea where you get knights or towers. he could have explained more what icons on building tiles do. also do you collect money with your knight when you place it down or every time you add a tile to that land. can you take him back into your hand ... he explained standard kingdomino rules. i am not trying to shit on someone, but this really needs more explanation
02:19 wrong: in a 2 player game the 2nd player puts both his kings before the 1st player puts his 2nd..
I believe you even don't have a choice of which tile you place your kings on. The first king that has been drawn randomly is placed on the tile with the lowest number; this is Player A. Then the other player, Player B, will place his two kings on the two tiles in the center of the row, and finally Player A places his king on the remaining tile (the highest number).
In my opinion, not having a choice on the first 4 tiles didn't make a lot of sense to me. Why shouldn't someone have a choice of which tile to get at the start of the game. We actually accidentally played Kingdomino that incorrect way every time, until I saw a review of it. I have to admit that I'm basing this on the rules of Kingdomino, because our version of Queendomino has not been released yet, but I guess they are the same on that part.
Is this a harder version than kingdomino
Yes
How is this different to Kingdomino? Aside from the name? Or is it a rebranding because there were sexist connotations from the original lol
