I tried so many wishbone. Suspension builds did not work. The vehicle couldn’t turn fast would always capsise just made your build. It works beautifully. I am definitely subscribing based on this single build that worked awesome.

yah but the suspensions work a bit like a stabelizer what makes the "Turning" a bit meh. u will see when u build it. ;)

Very nice. I built a buggy in creative with double wishbone suspension and it worked great, but when I built it in survival, the wheels were floppy and the arms would twist all out of place. I will try this though. Thank you.

Love this build now if only FANT mod had the saddle bags (small chests) that didn't weigh so damn much!
i built it in survival, it works but you should add some weight to the sides, like stone or metal. this will not interfiere with the susp. glitch. ive tried it it works better, and you can have the engine higher. around 3/4 i would say is max, and reare susp. is 2/4 and front is 3/4 ish.
this is just a little tip if u wanna stick to the ground more. you chose what you like more. ;D

It’s a suspension glitch you Probly missing a bearing some wear

need Lv2 suspension on the front ( Lv1 is weak and goes to ground )
if you don't have much component kit
Front Lv2 Back Lv1 Computer Lv3 is enough
+ suspension 15, 30 makes difference?
i know it makes car be slim...
Only problem with this is if a bot attacks almost any part of it, the whole thing falls to pieces.
yep =) Bots are not allowd to Touch it xd
@@00FantMod lol u can just put like a bumper of pipes around it so they don’t attack the suspension and only the wheels and have a spare wheel on the back
you can just put drills on the wheels because the hay bot and tote bot are scared of drills so they can't attack the car but the farm bot are not scared of the drills
i store all my cars in a 12k metal 3 garage and when I'm raiding I always park the car a safe distance away or use the lift on max height. havent had a broken car since the first day I played 😉
@@lokkolokko94 The only thing I ever lose are wheels off of my miner vehicle. Somehow I always get snuck up on by totebots, and don't notice them until one corner of my vehicle suddenly drops.

Survival Builds have Currently No Workshop Support and Survival Vehicles are different then Creative Build. Parts not the same / Weaker.
If we get someday the Workshop support for Survival then sure =)

I like your design. Make same car in survival mod but - have 2 CTD when ride inside car. After second CTD car just disapear i have bad and try to releport to the car but appear around MECH Station.
The car is hard to turn, I have to let go of the throttle to turn
if u forget the bananas the buggy will not drive well very good part do never forget it
I soften the front but weirdly enough at 5/10 stiffness on the front, it still practically scrapes! Its so front heavy!? Any idea why?

I see when the front wheels leave the ground the stabilizers slow how quickly the tires descend. Could you put a sensor under the front of the vehicle that triggers the suspension glitch to pitch the front end down to quickly restore ground contact?

I know this is late, but I've found it handles much better if you make it front-wheel drive and give it crab steering. You can mitigate the "over-steering" issue by tweaking the steering bearings to only turn 20 degrees instead of the default 27
Hey bud, I’m assuming you don’t need the suspension glitch for this vehicle to work but it obviously won’t be as stable? I’m trying to play a fully vanilla game with no glitches

but i put it on the car with a good reson. if it would not be for stablility then for what else?^^
The car will "drive" without the stabelizer Sure! but it will be like every normal car that can every beginner build. ( bumpy, jumpy not good to steer ) xd
note:
Suspesion Glitches are still in the game because the dev`s like want we can create with that.
And i dont understand what u mean with Vanilla if it is Vanilla without mods xD?
The Suspesion glitches are Vanilla! lol. They are Glitches but they are a Build method in Scrap mechanic Survival (vanilla)
You dont Need to Call that Vanilla if u dont use glitches. That is wrong my friend ;) Just say No Glitches.
Vanilla means if u have No Mods installed. Only that.

2. Gibt es, als mod aber is nich wirklich funktionsfähig für alle teile. daher hab ichs noch nicht veröffentlicht
@@00FantMod Ah ok :) . Funktioniert deine Spiegel-Mod auch für Blocks oder ist sie ehr nur auf Teile ausgelegt? Wenn sie auch für Blocks funktionieren sollte , wäre es schon ein riesen Vorteil. Gerade bei Fahrzeugen.
@@ChrisSeilerLFD auf alles außer Pistons, Bearings und Suspensions. da man diese nicht per lua platzieren kann ( hardcoded ). is nicht wirklich nutzbar deshalb.

Depends on how you've set up the suspension and engines. If your engine power is strong and your front suspension is stiff, you will have no traction on the front when you're accelerating.
Car handling is all about weight and traction. If there is traction on the wheels that steer, you will be able to steer well.

@@HotdogSosage Scrapes as in goes towards the ground, or doesn't have traction when steering?
I can't say for sure, but weakening your suspension will drop the vehicle down, naturally.
Does the turning suppose to be weak
Its not that Strong. Because of the way the physic works =/
