HONEY GLAZED CHILLI & GARLIC CHICKEN STEAK IN THE AIR FRYER

Here is the chicken version of the honey glazed chilli salmon dinner recipe I developed earlier this week. This was a quick and easy weeknight dinner and it took around 30 mins to make, at the same time it was healthy & delicious .
Ingredients
1 chicken fillet (sliced in the middle)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt, pepper & paprika (mixed together)
Honey glaze
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Cornstarch slurry (1/4 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 this hot water mixed)
Hysapientia Air fryer oven option, chicken preset 10 mins @230C (the preset is for 20 mins but this was cooked in 10)
Fan oven - 25 mins at 200C in a preheated oven
